Atividades:

  • Controlar o estoque de matéria prima da Obra, executar inspeção de recebimento das matérias primas diversas, atuando de acordo com as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela Empresa. * Comunicar ao responsável o estoque de matéria prima da obra, a fim de gerar uma “Solicitação de Compra” (SC) junto ao Departamento de suprimentos; * Conferir as quantidades de materiais entregues na obra, conforme NF’s e qualidade dos materiais. Encaminhar as notas fiscais para o engenheiro para autorização de pagamento; * Acompanhar o prazo de entrega dos materiais, intervindo junto ao responsável na obra, sempre que necessário; * Controlar o estoque de peças e materiais de uso freqüente, agindo de forma proativa, frente às necessidades da obra e atuação do Departamento de suprimentos; * Zelar pela guarda dos documentos de sua área, dispondo-os em arquivos e pastas específicas, facilitando a consulta e conservação; * Armazenar os materiais em condições de uso de acordo com a sua validade; (Ex. cimento) * Acompanhar as ordens de compras geradas pelo Departamento de suprimentos quanto ao prazo de entrega; * Preservar limpo e organizado o local de trabalho, equipamentos e materiais a fim de manter boas condições de uso, acondicionando os resíduos gerados nas atividades em recipientes e locais apropriados, preservando os aspectos de segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente; * Executar outras tarefas correlatas, quando necessário.

Pré-requisitos:

Ter experiência na área de almoxarifado de obras;

Conhecimento com pacote Office;

Morar em Boituva ou cidade Proxima;

Horário:

segunda à Sexta das 07 as 17 hrs
