Pré-requisitos:

  • Curso superior em andamento em Administração, economia, gestão de processos, sistema de informações ou áreas correlatas.

Alguns de seus desafios:

  • Atender às ligações, dando direcionamento para as demandas e registrando as solicitações de clientes;
  • Apoiar a coordenação dando suporte em processos e procedimentos da área;
  • Executar atividades operacionais/administrativas e processos para garantir a adequada prestação de serviços e a implantação nos clientes, como
  • lançamento de pedidos, cadastros no sistema, confirmação de agendas semanais, acompanhamento da fila de OS, dentre outras;
  • Acompanhar a execução dos serviços da equipe munindo o Coordenador de serviços de informações importantes para a gestão;
  • Apoiar a coordenação no acompanhamento dos indicadores da área
  • Apoiar a equipe de Sucesso do Cliente na condução das demandas operacionais e de relacionamento junto aos clientes da base.
  • Realizar pesquisas de NPS (Net Promoter Score) junto aos clientes, conforme periodicidade ou necessidade definida.
  • Acompanhar os tickets de suporte abertos pelos clientes da base, monitorando o andamento das solicitações e apoiando na resolução quando necessário.
