Responsabilidades

- Analisar e correlacionar dados dos clientes da base;

- Organizar os dossiês de clientes e auditar documentos faltantes;

- Acompanhar e monitorar o desempenho dos clientes, identificando áreas de melhoria e oportunidades para aumentar o valor que estão obtendo;

- Acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos clientes da carteira e contribuir pelo uso adequado dos nossos produtos e serviços;

- Contribuir para que o cliente alcance seus objetivos com a contratação da solução;

- Colaborar com outras equipes internas para resolver problemas dos clientes de maneira rápida e eficiente, garantindo a satisfação do cliente;

- Organizar o processo de pesquisa de satisfação de clientes;

- Fazer a pesquisa de NPS com os clientes;

- Divulgar os resultados de avaliações e comentários de clientes com o time e as áreas envolvidas;

- Agir em prol de reversão de clientes junto da área;

- Gerir a carteira de clientes "tech touch" e "low touch", dando assistência, respondendo a perguntas e resolvendo problemas;

- Dar apoio na organização de eventos com clientes da empresa;

- Elaborar contratos e aditivos conforme demanda;

- Medir e preencher os indicadores da área junto do gestor;

- Cumprir todos os procedimentos internos da empresa.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar efetivamente;

- Orientação para o cliente e habilidades de relacionamento interpessoal;

- Organização e habilidades de gerenciamento de tempo para priorizar as tarefas de maneira eficaz.
