Job Description

  • Relevant WSH qualifications and safety experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and site safety procedures.
  • Able to enforce safety rules firmly and independently.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • MOM WSHO registration required if applicable to the appointment.

Job Requirements:

  • Enforce strict compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, company safety rules, and site requirements.
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure all unsafe conditions are rectified promptly.
  • Stop unsafe work immediately and report serious safety violations to management.
  • Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with PPE requirements and safety procedures.
  • Prepare and verify RA, SWP, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work approvals before work commences.
  • Monitor high-risk activities, including work at height, lifting operations, hot work, and confined space entry.
  • Conduct and attend daily toolbox meetings.
  • Attend weekly mass toolbox meetings, monthly safety site walks, and monthly IFW site walks.
  • Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety violations. Ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
  • Ensure emergency exits, fire safety equipment, and access routes remain clear.
  • Report hazards, repeated violations, and outstanding safety issues to management immediately.
  • Ensure workers have the required safety training, certifications, and authorizations.
  • Perform other safety-related duties assigned by management.
