A Refrigerantes do Triângulo está buscando um Analista para o time Comercial!

Este profissional irá compor o time como o centro operacional e analítico de uma estrutura comercial que atende grandes redes de supermercados, atacadistas e distribuidores.

É uma posição para quem gosta de resolver, enxerga o detalhe que ninguém viu na planilha e entende que backoffice bem feito é vantagem competitiva — não burocracia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar, auditar e lançar contratos e acordos comerciais, garantindo o cumprimento das condições negociadas e dos calendários promocionais, além de prevenir cobranças indevidas de verbas pelas redes;
  • Emitir, validar e controlar tabelas de preços por bandeira e CNPJ faturador, contribuindo para a redução de erros de faturamento, devoluções e notas de débito;
  • Acompanhar a recepção, processamento e virada de pedidos eletrônicos (EDI), além de apoiar a implantação e homologação de novas redes nos sistemas;
  • Realizar o saneamento dos saldos de pedidos antes da virada semanal, buscando recuperar volumes com risco de cancelamento e direcionando prioridades ao time de Logística;
  • Atuar como interface entre as redes, a Logística interna e as transportadoras, acompanhando agendamentos e ocorrências, com foco na redução de No-Show, melhoria do OTIF e prevenção de rupturas;
  • Realizar e acompanhar o cadastro de produtos (SKUs) nos portais das redes, mantendo as informações atualizadas para viabilizar o lançamento e a comercialização dos produtos;
  • Analisar relatórios de validade em conjunto com os supervisores, identificando produtos com risco de vencimento e apoiando a definição de ações para redução de estoques e prevenção de perdas;
  • Consolidar e acompanhar indicadores comerciais e logísticos, analisando desvios em relação às metas e gerando informações para apoiar a tomada de decisão do time de campo;
  • Elaborar relatórios de fechamento mensal e apresentações de resultados para subsidiar negociações e decisões do Gerente de Contas;
  • Acompanhar e tratar divergências relacionadas a estoque, preços, pedidos e recebimentos nos portais das redes, como Neogrid, GPA, Carrefour e demais clientes;
  • Acompanhar e assegurar a execução das rotinas críticas durante períodos de férias e ausências da supervisão, garantindo a continuidade dos processos e do atendimento da área.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa ou em conclusão em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office, com domínio real de Excel
  • Power BI avançado:
  • Experiência prévia em customer service, backoffice comercial, trade marketing operacional ou inteligência comercial.
  • Experiência com ERP Sankhya, será um diferencial.
  • Vivência com indústria de bens de consumo (FMCG) e canal alimentar / grandes redes.
  • Familiaridade com EDI, portais de clientes e rotinas de rebate/VPC.
