Das erwartet dich

Werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns bei der Gestaltung unseres visuellen Auftritts unserer Eventkampagnen und setze spannende und innovative Content-Layouts für alle unsere Marken um.

  • Du konzipierst und realisierst kreative Layouts für unsere zielgruppengerechten Marketingkampagnen (online/offline).
  • Du unterstützt das gesamte Team bei der Entwicklung neuer Konzepte und Kampagnen durch kreativen Input und out-of-the-box Denken.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Marketingkampagnen nach Vorgaben des Creative Directors, sowie die Reinzeichnung und Datenerstellung von Druckerzeugnissen.
  • Du unterstützt das Marketing-Team bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content für unsere Corporate Webseite, Social Media Kanäle und Eventwebseiten.
  • Du erstellst interessante und originelle Visuals für unsere digitale Eventplattform und Streaming-Liveshows.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Creative Director sowie den Projektleitern der jeweiligen Themen zusammen.
  • Du entwickelst die Bildsprache und den Content von unserer Traumberuf Marke stets weiter
  • Mentor & Buddy: Dein Mentor und dein Buddy stehen dir von Anfang an zur Seite und begleiten dich während deiner gesamten Zeit.

Was erwarten wir von dir

  • offene, kommunikative Art mit Kollegen und Kunden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign
  • Gutes Auge für Bildsprache sowie gutes Gespür für Design, Farben und Typografie
  • Ausgeprägtes ästhetisches Empfinden für zeitgemäßes Design, Bildkomposition und neue Trends
  • Erste Erfahrung im Design für das Web, insbesondere Social Media und E-Mail-Marketing und Erfahrung im Erstellen von Druckdateien.
  • Eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Neben dem fachlichen Interesse hast du Spaß dabei, Jugendliche zu unterstützen und es ist dir wichtig, dass deine Tätigkeit Sinn entfaltet.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Grafik- oder Designstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
