Die GUBN GmbH & Co. KG veranstaltet mit Traumberuf MINT die größte Schülermesse-Reihe Deutschlands mit Fokus auf Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften und Technik. Jährlich präsentieren sich rund 600 Unternehmen, Hochschulen und Behörden vor mehr als 10.000 Besucherinnen und Besuchern. Viele finden noch vor Ort oder direkt im Anschluss ihr passendes Studium oder ihren Ausbildungsplatz. Mit dem Traumberuf-Magazin veröffentlichen wir zudem ein deutschlandweit etabliertes Education-Medium: 240.000 Exemplare jährlich, Distribution an ca. 2.700 weiterführende Schulen. Zu unseren Partnern zählen u. a. Audi, Bosch, Siemens, Porsche, SAP, TU München, Universität St. Gallen, das Auswärtige Amt und der Deutsche Bundestag. Unser Thema ist wirtschaftlich wie gesellschaftlich hochrelevant: Fachkräfte für die kommenden Jahrzehnte gewinnen und sichern.

Was erwarten wir von dir

Du vertreibst:

  • Messeauftritte auf unseren MINT-Schülermessen
  • Advertorials & Anzeigen im Traumberuf-Magazin
  • du arbeitest überwiegend mit warmen Leads (Bestandskunden, Reaktivierungen, konkrete Anfragen).
  • Kaltakquise ist optional – wird jedoch besonders attraktiv honoriert.
  • dein Arbeitsmodus: *85 % eigenständige Organisation *15 % Abstimmung im Team
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem eingespielten 5-köpfigen Marketing-Team

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vertrieb hochwertiger Messe- und Medienformate
  • Persönlicher Kundenkontakt auf Messen (München, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Köln)
  • Aufbau belastbarer Beziehungen zu HR- und Marketing-Entscheidern aus DAX- und Top-Mittelstand, Behörden und Hochschulen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Pipeline-Steuerung – vom Erstgespräch bis zum Abschluss

Dein Profil:

  • Mind. 5 Jahre B2B-Sales-Erfahrung (idealerweise Messen, Medien oder Education)
  • Ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke
  • Freude am Austausch mit Entscheidern auf Augenhöhe
  • Präzises Textgefühl & Fähigkeit, individuelle, fehlerfreie Mails in hohem Tempo zu formulieren
