We are looking for an SDR to join our team.

Please note this position is marked as remote but if based in Barcelona, the work model is hybrid (2 days/week from office).

Responsibilities

  • Expand Guesty’s client base across European and international markets.
  • Engage with prospective customers across multiple regions and languages to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers, understand operational pain points, and identify how Guesty can deliver business value.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation activities while following established sales processes and best practices.
  • Map stakeholders, gather technical and business requirements, and assess prospect fit for Guesty’s solutions.
  • Effectively communicate Guesty’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
  • Consistently achieve sales qualified lead quotas and pipeline generation targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer use cases, competitor positioning, and hospitality technology developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activity in Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft.
  • Provide Account Executives with detailed handoff notes, discovery insights, and recommended next steps.

Requirements

  • Entry-level role. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English and French are required. Spanish, Italian and Portuguese are a plus, and any additional language is also welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with prospects across different cultures and regions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is a plus, especially Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow a career in tech sales.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
