Guldborgsund Sprogskole søger en underviser i dansk som andetsprog for voksne og unge fra 18 år.

På Guldborgsund Sprogskole søger vi en ny kollega til undervisning i dansk som andetsprog og danske kultur- og samfundsforhold.

Du bliver en del af vores stærke team af undervisere og administrativt personale, som til daglig sikrer en kompetent og professionel danskundervisning til mange borgere i Guldborgsund Kommune.

Vi søger:

en fagligt kompetent og engageret underviser, som

  • møder vores kursister i øjenhøjde med respekt og anerkendelse
  • har erfaring i at undervise på alle tre danskuddannelser og online undervisning, og som evt. også har kompetencer inden for specialundervisning (fx undervisning af ordblinde eller traumatiserede)
  • kan undervise på alle danskuddannelsernes niveauer – i klasserum, online, på mindre særhold og/eller i virksomhedsforlagt undervisning
  • kan tilrettelægge og gennemføre differentieret undervisning i dansk som andetsprog
  • har lyst til at skabe en både kommunikativ og taskbaseret undervisning
  • er interesseret i evt. også at kunne varetage opgaven som modultester, visitator eller føre kursister til Prøve i Dansk 1, 2 eller 3
  • er åben over for at kunne varetage andre opgavetyper og/eller funktioner, hvis der bliver behov for det ift. skolens drift og løbende udvikling

Vi forventer, at du:

  • har erfaring med undervisning i dansk som andetsprog
  • har gennemført – eller er i gang med – uddannelsen til underviser i dansk som andetsprog (DAV eller MAV)
  • er en holdspiller, som bidrager positivt både fagligt og socialt
  • har lyst til at indgå i sprogskolens professionelle og levende underviserteam
  • kan indgå i tæt samarbejde kolleger samt interne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere

Vi tilbyder:

En god arbejdsplads med levende pædagogisk læringsmiljø. Vi har ca. 350 kursister fra 50 forskellige lande, og vores organisation består af DSA-undervisere, administrativt personale, en faglig koordinator og en leder.

Vi prioriterer pædagogisk og faglig udvikling højt og vægter samtidig også et godt og tillidsfuldt arbejdsmiljø.

Vi er organiseret under Center for Arbejdsmarked og arbejder tæt sammen med integrationsafdelingen. Vi har adresse centralt i Nykøbing Falster med gåafstand til stationen.

Ansættelsesvilkår:

Efter gældende overenskomst med Uddannelsesforbundet.

Ansættelse fra 4. januar 2027.

1 fast stilling på 37 timer om ugen.
