Este profissional fará parte da equipe de Desenvolvimento de Negócios da Cooperativa, atuando como referência técnica em Investimentos e planejamento financeiro. Seu objetivo será desenvolver o portfólio de investimentos e fortalecer o relacionamento com investidores, por meio de análises estratégicas, capacitação das equipes de negócios, apoio comercial às agências e implementação de ações voltadas ao crescimento sustentável das carteiras e do funding da Cooperativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Ações comerciais: Apoiar os gerentes de negócios em visitas e contatos com os associados com alto potencial de captação; Promover eventos com investidores em sua área de atuação; Realizar atendimento especializado em investimentos, além de consultoria e planejamento financeiro para associados PF5 e PF6.Suporte e Capacitação: Atuar como multiplicador de conhecimento sobre investimentos, promovendo formações contínuas e práticas para as equipes de negócios. Capacitar colaboradores em abordagens consultivas, tratamento de objeções e desenvolvimento de negócios em investimentos. Diagnosticar necessidades e desenvolver treinamentos alinhados às estratégias da Cooperativa. Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas legais e autorregulatórias relacionadas ao mercado de investimentos.Gestão e Estratégia: Desenvolver estratégias de captação com foco em crescimento do funding, redução de custos e alongamento das carteiras. Acompanhar indicadores comerciais, metas e desempenho das carteiras e agências de sua área de atuação. Apoiar ações de captação de recursos junto a RPPS, municípios, operadoras de saúde; Contribuir para a gestão da tesouraria da Cooperativa, alinhando as ações de captação às estratégias de liquidez e funding.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação /Especialização/MBA completo ou em andamento: Administração de Empresas; Economia; Ciências Contábeis; Gestão Comercial; Áreas afins.
