Executar atividades de fabricação, manutenção, ajustes, reparos e melhorias em ferramentas, dispositivos, gabaritos, moldes e estampos, assegurando qualidade, precisão dimensional, disponibilidade dos equipamentos e atendimento às necessidades da produção, observando os procedimentos técnicos, operacionais e de segurança. Atuar na identificação e solução de problemas relacionados às ferramentas e dispositivos, contribuindo para a redução de paradas, aumento da vida útil dos componentes, melhoria da produtividade e desenvolvimento contínuo dos processos da ferramentaria.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na fabricação, manutenção, ajustes, reparos e melhorias de ferramentas, dispositivos, gabaritos, moldes e estampos, garantindo qualidade, precisão e disponibilidade para atendimento à produção.Entre as principais atividades estão a operação de máquinas-ferramenta convencionais, leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, utilização de instrumentos de medição, montagem e desmontagem de ferramentas, realização de ajustes e afiações, identificação de falhas e execução de reparos e melhorias.Também será responsável por contribuir para a redução de paradas de produção, aumento da vida útil das ferramentas e melhoria contínua dos processos, sempre seguindo os padrões de qualidade e segurança da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Experiência na área de ferramentaria;Conhecimento em usinagem e manutenção de ferramentas;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;Conhecimento em instrumentos de medição, como paquímetro e micrômetro;Conhecimento na operação de máquinas-ferramenta convencionais;Conhecimento em montagem, desmontagem e ajustes de ferramentas e dispositivos;Conhecimento em normas de segurança, especialmente NR-12;Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Ferramentaria ou áreas relacionadas será considerado um diferencial;Para posições de maior senioridade, experiência com ferramentas, moldes, estampos e soluções de maior complexidade será um diferencial.
