A MTP – Métodos e Tecnologia é uma multinacional espanhola com 28 anos de atuação, presente em mais de 21 países, com sedes no Brasil, Espanha e México. Somos especialistas em Digital Business Assurance, unindo estratégia, tecnologia e inovação para apoiar grandes empresas em sua jornada de transformação digital. Com mais de 80 clientes ativos nos setores de Finanças, Seguros, Telecom, Indústria, Varejo, Tecnologia e Energia, entregamos soluções que garantem qualidade, segurança e performance em todo o ciclo digital. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) Kubernetes Sênior para atuar na sustentação e evolução de plataformas corporativas baseadas em Kubernetes e tecnologias Cloud Native em ambientes produtivos.O profissional terá forte atuação hands-on em administração e troubleshooting de Kubernetes, Cloud, Linux e containers, além de automatizar atividades operacionais e evoluir APIs e ferramentas utilizando Python.A posição também atuará na melhoria contínua das plataformas CaaS/ClaaS, observabilidade, segurança e adoção de novas tecnologias relacionadas a containers.Principais Responsabilidades:- Administrar, sustentar e realizar troubleshooting de ambientes Kubernetes em produção.- Atuar na sustentação e evolução de plataformas corporativas CaaS/ClaaS.- Investigar e solucionar incidentes complexos relacionados a Kubernetes, containers, Linux, redes e Cloud.- Automatizar atividades operacionais utilizando Python.- Desenvolver e evoluir APIs, scripts e ferramentas de automação.- Trabalhar com infraestrutura como código (IaC) e automação de pipelines CI/CD.- Implementar e manter práticas de monitoramento e observabilidade.- Apoiar práticas de GitOps, segurança de containers, gestão de secrets e aplicação de políticas.- Trabalhar com clientes internos no levantamento de requisitos técnicos e evolução das plataformas.- Apoiar tecnicamente outros membros do time e contribuir para a melhoria contínua das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prática com administração e troubleshooting de Kubernetes.Experiência com pelo menos uma Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCPConhecimento sólido de Docker, Containerdm etc.Conhecimento avançado de Linux e Conceitos de Networking.Experiência com Python, especialmente para automação, scripts e ferramentas.Conhecimento em Infrastructure as Code, preferencialmente Terraform.Experiência com automação de CI/CD, utilizando GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps ou similares.Conhecimento de ferramentas de observabilidade como Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus ou Grafana.Conhecimento de práticas GitOps e ferramentas como ArgoCD ou Flux.Experiência na sustentação de workloads críticos em ambientes corporativos de produção.Experiência com ferramentas de geração de código utilizando IA.Boa comunicação e experiência trabalhando em times ágeis.Inglês avançado/fluenteDiferenciais:Experiência com desenvolvimento de APIs e microsserviços em Python.Conhecimento de frameworks de testes Python.Experiência avançada com Terraform / Terraform Enterprise, incluindo criação e manutenção de módulos.Vivência em ambientes regulados, incluindo SOC 2, NIS2 ou PCI.Certificações Kubernetes: CKA / CKAD / CKS.Certificações AWS, Azure ou GCP.Certificações Python, como PCAP ou PCPP.Informações adicionaisModelo de atuação: RemotoContratação: CLTBenefícios:Plano de saúdePlano odontológicoVale-refeiçãoVale-mobilidadeVale-culturaVale-educaçãoSeguro de vidaPrograma de saúde mental e bem-estarAuxílio-crecheDescontos com parceirosA MTP Brasil poderá utilizar inteligência artificial como apoio à organização e análise de candidaturas, à verificação de compatibilidade entre o perfil profissional e os requisitos da vaga e à elaboração de análises, indicadores e relatórios do processo seletivo.
