Responsável por atuar no processo de manutenção, realizando atividades de eletricista, e outras atividades similares da área.Seção: Infraestrutura e UtilidadesTurno: ADM (07:30 às 17:18)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de manutenção elétrica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos e banco de capacitores de menor complexidade (nível 1), utilizando ferramentas e dispositivos apropriadas, interpretando instrumentos de medição, esquemas e diagramas de circuitos elétricos, para desmontar, reparar, regular, ajustar e montar conjuntos de componentes e ou substituir peças, a fim de possibilitar dar as condições normais de funcionamento.Montar painéis elétricos de menor complexidade, fixando sobre bases metálicas ou plásticas, componentes elétricos e eletrônicos (canaletas, fusíveis, disjuntores, relês, resistências e afins), utilizando ferramentas e equipamentos apropriados (alicates, chaves, rebitadeiras, furadeira e outros), bem como, testar as ligações elétricas e instalar o painel em máquinas e equipamentos.Identificar, requisitar ou solicitar a compra de materiais e componentes elétricos e eletrônicos (contatores, relés, fusíveis, disjuntores, fiações, lâmpadas e afins) necessários às atividades de manutenção, baseando-se em catálogos e especificações técnicas.Operar eventualmente máquinas de usinagem, tais como: furadeira, rosqueadeira, serra e afins, regulando o equipamento de acordo com a operação desejada e acionando comandos apropriados, para efetuar ajustes em componentes e ferramentas.Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Exercer o auto controle em cada operação/tarefa, observando os parâmetros técnicos estabelecidos e o resultado esperado, conforme descrito em especificações afins, avaliando-os visualmente e ou através de equipamentos de medição, registrando se necessário os resultados obtidos.Realizar limpeza nas máquinas, equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Efetuar de forma direta ou indireta, o registro de informações (horas empregadas, atividades realizadas,...) relacionadas a execução de manutenções corretivas/preventivas, para o Sistema de Gerenciamento de Informações de Manutenção.Realizar atividades de manutenção elétrica em dispositivos e ferramentas auxiliares ao processo produtivo.Realizar atividades de manutenção elétrica predial, como por exemplo: troca de lâmpadas, iluminação de emergência e abandono, portas de acesso, etc...Realizar atividades de instalação elétrica de maquinas, equipamentos, tomadas, iluminação, etc...
