Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como interface entre clientes, área comercial e operação, garantindo o acompanhamento das demandas.Realizar o cadastramento e onboarding documental de lojistas, conforme os processos estabelecidos.Apoiar negociações de taxas, condições comerciais e antecipação de recebíveis, conforme políticase alçadas.Realizar atendimento e acompanhamento de clientes no pós-venda.Atuar no tratamento de reclamações e demandas recebidas por canais internos e externos, incluindo Reclame Aqui e Bacen.Acompanhar e solucionar pendências comerciais e operacionais apresentadas pelos clientes.Manter interface com a área de Logística em demandas relacionadas à ativação e manutenção dos equipamentos equipamentos.Conhecer e executar as ações dos Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade e Meio Ambiente.Manter interface com a Tesouraria para acompanhamento e resolução de pendências financeiras.Acompanhar as solicitações dos clientes até a conclusão, garantindo retorno e resolução das demandas.Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria na experiência e retenção dos clientes.Conhecer e executar as ações dos Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade e Meio Ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHard Skills:Pacote OfficeCapacitação SGIExcelGoogle WorkspaceAtendimento ao clienteComplianceGovernança corporativaExperiência do clienteControles internosBACENLGPD
