Administrar e sustentar as plataformas de armazenamento, backup, arquivamento, replicação e recuperação de dados, bem como a infraestrutura física de datacenter, assegurando disponibilidade, desempenho, integridade, continuidade e proteção dos serviços de TIC.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar, instalar, configurar, atualizar e manter as plataformas de armazenamento, backup, arquivamento, replicação e recuperação de dados.Administrar, acompanhar e validar rotinas de backup, replicação, arquivamento, restauração e recuperação, realizando testes periódicos.Monitorar continuamente os ambientes de armazenamento e backup, analisando disponibilidade, desempenho, capacidade e integridade das cópias.Elaborar relatórios operacionais sobre rotinas de backup, restauração, capacidade, incidentes, riscos e tendências.Executar atendimento especializado de terceiro nível relacionado às soluções de armazenamento e backup, interagindo com fabricantes e fornecedores.Subsidiar a evolução das plataformas de armazenamento e proteção de dados, propondo melhorias arquiteturais, expansão de capacidade, atualização tecnológica e automações.Administrar e acompanhar a infraestrutura física do datacenter, incluindo racks, cabeamento, energia, climatização, sensores e controle de acesso físico.Planejar e acompanhar a utilização da infraestrutura física do datacenter, avaliando espaço, energia, climatização, ocupação de racks e expansão.Acompanhar instalação, movimentação, substituição, inventário, identificação e desativação de equipamentos no datacenter.Elaborar relatórios sobre as condições operacionais da infraestrutura física e necessidades de expansão.Acompanhar fornecedores responsáveis pela manutenção da infraestrutura física do datacenter, climatização, energia, combate a incêndio e soluções de armazenamento e backup.Planejar, executar e documentar testes periódicos de proteção de dados, recuperação de desastres e infraestrutura física.Manter inventário atualizado dos equipamentos e soluções sob garantia ou suporte, com informações para acionamento dos fornecedores.Monitorar a interligação entre Datacenters e demais enlaces físicos entre os prédios atuando proativamente na resolução de incidentes.Atualizar itens de configuração (IC) sempre que necessário.Participar, quando solicitado, de reuniões inerentes à área de atuação.Atender chamados da fila e realizar atividades do Catálogo de Serviços de TIC referentes à competência da área;Realizar demais atividades correlatas a área de atuação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃONível Superior (graduação) na área de TI, fornecido por instituição de ensino superior reconhecida pelo Ministério da Educação; ou diploma de curso de graduação de nível superior em qualquer área de formação, acompanhado de certificado de conclusão de especialização/mestrado na área de TI de, no mínimo, 360 horas/aula.CERTIFICAÇÃO/CURSO (obrigatório)Curso oficial ITIL v4 Foundations
