Administrar, sustentar e evoluir as plataformas de dados, assegurando disponibilidade, integridade, desempenho, segurança, continuidade e conformidade em ambientes de banco de dados. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar, instalar, configurar, atualizar, manter e sustentar as plataformas de armazenamento de dados, incluindo SGBD e tecnologias correlatas.Subsidiar quanto à aquisição, funcionamento, melhoria e atualização dos SGBD existentes.Executar consultas de validação de dados no SGBD.Criar ambientes de banco de dados de acordo com checklist de qualidade e normas internas.Implantar e manter mecanismos de segurança, auditoria, controle de acesso, backup, replicação, recuperação de desastres, alta disponibilidade e balanceamento de carga.Manter os SGBD em funcionamento conforme os níveis mínimos de serviço, garantindo estabilidade, confiabilidade e desempenho.Estabelecer e documentar políticas de replicação e backup dos dados.Executar atividades de administração lógica, incluindo modelagem, criação e manutenção de objetos, consultas, procedimentos e scripts.Verificar o tempo de resposta de consultas SQL e sugerir melhorias de desempenho.Configurar parâmetros necessários ao funcionamento dos servidores de banco de dados.Monitorar desempenho, disponibilidade, capacidade, continuidade e utilização, realizando tuning, planejamento de capacidade e ações preventivas e corretivas.Elaborar análises técnicas e relatórios periódicos sobre disponibilidade, desempenho, capacidade, segurança, utilização e tendências.Realizar testes de recuperação de desastres e executar procedimentos de recuperação quando necessário.Tratar incidentes relativos aos SGBD.Identificar aplicações que onerem memória, processamento e armazenamento dos SGBD.Sugerir e implantar estratégias de alta disponibilidade, cluster, balanceamento de carga e tolerância a falhas.Manter documentação de instalação e funcionamento dos SGBD, incluindo topologias de clusters e sistemas de balanceamento.Testar e aplicar proativamente atualizações das versões dos SGBD.Configurar perfis de acesso dos usuários e manter documentação atualizada.Recomendar e implantar boas práticas de segurança de banco de dados.Administrar scripts de solução de problemas na área de Bancos de Dados.Produzir, conferir e executar scripts PLSQL, shell scripts, DDL ou DML necessários às funcionalidades dos bancos de dados.Elaborar auditorias de dados e consultas às bases de logs de transações e relatórios não implantados nas aplicações.Subsidiar a evolução das plataformas de dados, propondo arquiteturas, padrões, tecnologias, processos, políticas, automações e boas práticas.Apoiar práticas de governança de dados, assegurando nomenclatura, qualidade, catalogação, rastreabilidade, retenção, integridade e ciclo de vida.Atualizar itens de configuração (IC) sempre que necessário.Participar de reuniões inerentes à área, quando solicitado.Atender chamados da fila e atividades do Catálogo de Serviços de TIC referentes à competência da área.Realizar demais atividades correlatas a área de atuação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃONível Superior (graduação) na área de TI, fornecido por instituição de ensino superior reconhecida pelo Ministério da Educação; ou diploma de curso de graduação de nível superior em qualquer área de formação, acompanhado de certificado de conclusão de especialização/mestrado na área de TI de, no mínimo, 360 horas/aula.CERTIFICAÇÕES/CURSOS (obrigatório)Curso oficial ITIL v4 FoundationCertificação Azure Database Administrator Associate (Microsoft Certified)
