Acesse: https://www.genialinvestimentos.com.br#VemSerGenialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como consultor jurídico interno da corretora, apoiando suas operações, produtos, parcerias estratégicas e novos modelos de negócio;Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos regulados com participantes do mercado de capitais, como:Distribuição de cotas de fundos (por conta e ordem e comissionamento);Administração de carteiras;Contratos com gestoras, administradoras, emissores, escritórios parceiros e assessores de investimento;Apoiar a estruturação jurídica de novos negócios e parcerias no Brasil e no exterior (ex: Investment as a Service – IaaS);Revisar e negociar contratos de prestação de serviços em geral nos quais instituições do grupo sejam tomadoras, incluindo:Tecnologia da informação (SaaS, cloud, licenças);Campanhas de marketing e divulgação de marca;Licenciamento de propriedade intelectual e regulamentos de promoções;Atuar com forte domínio da regulação aplicável à corretora e aos demais participantes do sistema financeiro nacional (CVM, B3, Ancord, ANBIMA, BSM e Bacen);Servir como referência técnica para integrantes da equipe jurídica, contribuindo para o seu desenvolvimento e para a cultura de excelência da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Direito com registro ativo na OAB;Experiência jurídica, sendo desejável atuação prévia em departamento jurídico de instituições financeiras, especialmente corretoras de valores ou distribuidoras de títulos e valores mobiliários (DTVM);Sólido conhecimento da regulação aplicável aos participantes do mercado de capitais e instituições financeiras (CVM, B3, Bacen, ANBIMA, Ancord, BSM);Experiência na elaboração e negociação de contratos regulados e comerciais em ambientes de alta complexidade;Inglês avançado (leitura e redação jurídica).
