Responsabilidades e atribuições1) Avaliar a qualidade das amostras preparadas e realizar ensaios químicos, físicos, mecânicos e/ou metalográficos de menor complexidade nas amostras, de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos, utilizando os equipamentos de ensaios adequados, identificando reagentes, propriedades, composição ou características e observando as especificações e fichas técnicas do material analisado. 2) Preparar máquinas e equipamentos utilizados nos processos de análise/ensaio, realizando a montagem/desmontagem ou ajustes conforme manuais e procedimentos estabelecidos. 3) Evitar contaminações e desvios no resultado dos testes e análises realizados por meio da higienização do ambiente de trabalho, armazenagem e manipulação de equipamentos e soluções, de acordo com as normas estabelecidas. 4) Efetuar o registro das análises e testes efetuados consultando tabelas e escalas e utilizando relatórios e formulários específicos. 5) Verificar diariamente a calibração dos equipamentos de ensaios, de análises e de medição, bem como acompanhar calibrações externas realizadas por órgãos acreditados e auditorias do sistema de gestão. 6) Programar e realizar tratamentos térmicos nas amostras de produtos finais. 7) Manter a disponibilidade dos equipamentos de ensaios/análises, informando sobre a necessidade de intervenções de manutenção. 8) Efetuar troca de reagentes e consumíveis dos equipamentos de ensaios/análise. 9) Registrar resultados dos ensaios efetuados nos sistemas específicos.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e Qualificações Ensino médio completo;Curso de máquinas operatrizes - SENAI.
