Sobre a empresa A Rennó e Machado Advogados Associados está ampliando sua equipe para atender uma nova carteira de contencioso bancário. A operação combina um volume relevante de processos com uma atuação jurídica cuidadosa, em que cada caso deve ser analisado considerando suas particularidades, evitando uma abordagem automática ou baseada apenas em modelos padronizados. Neste momento de expansão, o escritório busca um profissional para atuar principalmente em demandas relacionadas a fraudes em empréstimos consignados, contribuindo para a condução jurídica da carteira e para a qualidade das entregas ao cliente. Quem estamos buscando Buscamos um(a) advogado(a) com experiência prática em contencioso bancário, especialmente na elaboração de contestações e outras peças processuais. É importante ter familiaridade com demandas envolvendo fraude em consignado e capacidade para atuar com um volume elevado de processos sem perder o olhar individualizado sobre cada caso. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar contestações, petições e demais peças relacionadas a demandas bancárias.Atuar em processos envolvendo fraudes em empréstimos consignados.Analisar individualmente fatos, documentos e particularidades de cada processo.Elaborar recursos conforme o avanço das demandas para etapas posteriores.Conduzir tratativas e formalizações de acordos.Atualizar sistemas e executar controles administrativos relacionados à carteira e aos prazos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Graduação completa em Direito e OAB ativa.

Experiência de aproximadamente 1 ano em contencioso bancário.

Experiência prática na elaboração de peças bancárias, especialmente contestações.

Conhecimento e experiência em demandas de fraude em empréstimos consignados.

Vivência com operações de alto volume de processos.

Diferenciais

Experiência prática com temas como INSS, cartão RMC e consignado inteligente.

Experiência anterior atendendo instituições financeiras.

Vivência prática relevante durante estágio na elaboração de peças jurídicas.

Informações adicionais📄 Contratação: Associado. 📍 Localidade: Belo Horizonte/MG. 🏠 Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido. Durante o primeiro mês de treinamento, a previsão é de atuação presencial de segunda a quinta-feira e home office às sextas. Após a integração, o modelo regular será presencial às segundas e terças e remoto nos demais dias, podendo existir necessidade pontual de comparecimento adicional. 🕐 Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, com horário flexível. ✨ Benefício: Pagamento do INSS.
