Responsabilidades e atribuições📌 No dia a dia, você irá:Controlar prazos e publicações, realizando triagem, conferência, distribuição e acompanhamento.Controlar depósitos, garantias e baixas, mantendo os lançamentos atualizados nos sistemas.Executar rotinas de controle da carteira ativa, incluindo prazos, garantias, baixas e indicadores.Alimentar planilhas e relatórios de indicadores, identificando pendências e inconsistências.Sinalizar riscos e pendências à coordenação da Controladoria Jurídica.Apoiar a conciliação de dados entre eLaw, Benner e a produção da célula.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Requisitos obrigatóriosGraduação completa em Direito.OAB ativa.Experiência de 6 meses a 2 anos em Controladoria Jurídica ou função similar.Experiência com controle de prazos e gestão de publicações.Excel intermediário ou avançado.Interesse em atuação na área de Controladoria Jurídica.⭐ Será considerado um diferencialConhecimento em Power BI.Experiência com sistemas jurídicos, como eLaw, Benner e PJe.Experiência nos segmentos aéreo e de telefonia.Experiência em contencioso de massa.Informações adicionais 💼 Regime de contratação: Associado📍 Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido — 2 dias presenciais por semana🎓 Treinamento inicial: Presencial durante os primeiros 15 dias🕘 Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h💻 Equipamento: Uso de notebook próprio no primeiro mês; após esse período, o escritório disponibilizará notebook para o trabalho.
