Responsável por conduzir, com autonomia técnica, a concepção, o desenvolvimento, a revisão e a orçamentação de projetos de infraestrutura aeroportuária do lado ar e do lado terra nos aeroportos da concessionária, incluindo pistas, pátios, terminais de passageiros e demais edificações e infraestruturas de apoio, assegurando a conformidade regulatória, a segurança operacional e o atendimento às demandas operacionais e estratégicas dos ativos, atuando como referência técnica da equipe e com foco em padronização técnica e qualidade dos entregáveis.Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir, com autonomia técnica, o desenvolvimento, compatibilização, revisão e orçamento de projetos de infraestrutura aeroportuária, abrangendo lado ar e lado terra. Elaborar estudos, projetos conceituais, básicos e executivos para pistas, pátios, terminais de passageiros, edificações e demais estruturas aeroportuárias. Desenvolver memoriais, especificações técnicas, quantitativos, estimativas de custos e documentações para contratação de projetos e obras. Garantir a conformidade dos projetos com normas técnicas, requisitos regulatórios da ANAC, DECEA e demais legislações aplicáveis. Realizar interface com stakeholders internos, consultorias, projetistas, fornecedores e órgãos reguladores. Conduzir análises técnicas, avaliação de propostas, elaboração de pareceres e suporte aos processos de contratação. Acompanhar a execução dos contratos de projetos, monitorando escopo, prazos, qualidade e entregáveis. Apoiar as equipes de obras na análise de soluções técnicas, esclarecimento de dúvidas e gestão de alterações de projeto. Elaborar e revisar orçamentos e estimativas CAPEX para investimentos de infraestrutura aeroportuária. Atuar como referência técnica da área, contribuindo para a padronização de processos, desenvolvimento da equipe e melhoria contínua dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você: ✅ Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Infraestrutura, Engenharia de Transportes, Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou áreas correlatas; ✅ Vivência com projetos e orçamentos de infraestrutura; ✅ Conhecimento em AutoCAD e Excel; ✅ Vivência na elaboração de especificações técnicas, quantitativos e estimativas de custos; ✅ Conhecimento de normas e regulamentações aplicáveis ao setor.
