A Pagaleve é uma empresa do setor de “Buy Now Pay Later”, uma startup fintech inovadora e uma das primeiras empresas a oferecer pagamento parcelado no PIX, sem juros, e sem a necessidade de usar cartão de crédito. Temos como objetivo oferecer a lojistas um novo método de pagamento, para aumentar suas vendas de um jeito simples, descomplicado e ágil, mas também temos como objetivo oferecer às pessoas a oportunidade de comprar aquilo que desejam, sem se comprometerem com os altos juros do cartão de crédito.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Agente de Atendimento na Pagaleve, você será responsável por realizar o atendimento aos nossos clientes e usuários, promovendo uma excelente experiência em cada situação de contato. Você trabalhará em colaboração com as equipes multifuncionais, desempenhando um papel importante na verificação de comportamentos atípicos na utilização do nosso produto.Disponibilidade de horário: Escala de Domingo a Quinta ou Terça a Sábado (turnos manhã/tarde ou tarde/noite) para suporte aos usuários e varejistas, apoiando em:Dúvidas e solicitações gerais;Reclamações e resolução de problemas identificados na usabilidade do produto;Conseguir identificar, analisar e solucionar problemas apresentados;Encaminhamento de problemas complexos para as áreas responsáveis;Análise das ocorrências relacionadas ao serviço;Elaborar e acompanhar estratégias para resolução de problemas para e junto aos clientes e usuários, identificando e solucionando gargalos operacionais;Sugerir e implementar melhorias de processos no atendimento e correções nos sistemas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em atendimento ao cliente B2C e B2B (como um diferencial);Espírito de colaboração, curiosidade, senso de dono e respeito às diferenças;Ter boa comunicação (oral e escrita), ter empatia, ser didático(a) e paciente ao explicar e ouvir;Escuta ativa e Resiliência;Ser propositivo(a);Ter visão analítica.
