O agente de portaria é o profissional responsável por controlar, fiscalizar, observar e orientar a entrada e saída de pessoas, veiculos, correspondencias e materiais.Responsabilidades e atribuições

Fiscalizar, observar e orientar a entrada e saída de pessoas, receber, identificar e encaminhar as pessoas aos destinatários;

·        Abrir e fechar as dependências de prédios;

·        Receber a correspondência e encaminhá-la ao protocolo;

·        Atender e efetuar ligação telefônica. Manter o quadro de chaves, controlando seu uso e guarda;

·        Comunicar à autoridade competente as irregularidades verificadas;

·        Zelar pela ordem, segurança e limpeza da área sob sua responsabilidade;

·        Inspecionar os locais ou instalações da instituição, cuja segurança ou conservação implique em maior responsabilidade;

·        Manter em condições de funcionamento os equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio ou quaisquer outros relativos à segurança do prédio;
