A FCamara está em busca de um(a) AI Engineer Sênior. Esta oportunidade é em parceria com uma das maiores redes de saúde do Brasil, com múltiplas unidades hospitalares e uma operação clínica, operacional e administrativa de grande porte.Buscamos alguém para transformar demandas de IA generativa em soluções construídas e em uso, não apenas em prova de conceito, atuando tanto na ponte entre as áreas de negócio e tecnologia, como na entrega do desenvolvimento em si apoiado por AI. Ou seja é uma atuação end to end do mapeamento à entrega em produção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear consultivamente demandas junto às áreas de negócio (clínica, operação, administrativo), entendendo o problema antes de propor solução técnica. Desenhar e construir soluções de IA generativa com Claude Enterprise, aplicadas a casos reais. Desenvolver e integrar essas soluções em Node.js, .NET e React. Conduzir a entrega de ponta a ponta pela esteira de CI/CD em Azure DevOps, com a infraestrutura em Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Atuar como referência técnica e consultiva, comunicando-se com fluência tanto com o time de engenharia quanto com stakeholders de negócio não técnicos.Acompanhar e evoluir as soluções entregues, ajustando conforme o uso real pelas áreas.Desenvolver protótipos e MVPs com IA generativa, automações e integrações.Integrar sistemas internos, bancos de dados, aplicações web e ferramentas de IA.Apoiar desenho técnico de agentes, copilots, assistentes e fluxos inteligentes.Avaliar viabilidade técnica, esforço, riscos e arquitetura das soluções.Apoiar boas práticas de segurança, logs, autenticação e uso seguro de dados.Documentar soluções e apoiar a evolução de MVPs para produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência sólida de desenvolvimento backend com Node.js e/ou .NET Experiência sólida de desenvolvimento fontend com React. Mínimo 7 anos de atuação técnica com engenharia full-stack e integrações APIs REST.Experiência prática construindo soluções com IA generativa em contexto enterprise (Claude: Code e Cowork): prompt engineering aplicado, integrações, agentes e uso de guardrails corporativos. Domínio de esteira de entrega em Azure DevOps: pipelines, releases, boards e governança de deploy. Conhecimento com Google Cloud Platform (GCP) para infraestrutura de aplicações de IA (deploy, armazenamento, monitoramento). Vivência em arquitetura de soluções e boas práticas de engenharia de software em nível sênior. Autonomia para conduzir uma iniciativa do início ao fim, sem necessidade de supervisão constante. Experiência com vibecoding no contexto enterprise.Experiência na criação de AI Agents.Capacidade de entender o negócio, validar procesos As-is e propor To-be que gera valor.Experiência criar protótipos rápidos e evoluir para MVPs funcionais.Familiaridade com LangChain, LangGraph ou frameworks similaresConhecimento em IA generativa, LLMs, prompt engineering e uso de APIs de IA.ComportamentalAutonomia e foco em entregaHabilidade de traduzir assuntos técnicos para pessoas não técnicas.Mentalidade inovadora, capaz de assumir riscos calculadosComunicação excelente a nível executivo e operacional.DiferenciaisExperiência prévia em ambientes de saúde, hospitalares ou fortemente regulados.
