Buscamos um(a) Ajudante de Cozinha Escolar dinâmico(a), detalhista e comprometido(a) para compor a equipe de alimentação do nosso colégio. O(A) profissional será responsável pelo pré-preparo dos alimentos com foco em técnicas de cortes profissionais (garantindo rendimento, padronização e agilidade) e pela rigorosa gestão de restrições e alergias alimentares das crianças e alunos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPré-preparo e Cortes Técnicos: Executar o descasque, higienização e corte padronizado de legumes, verduras, frutas e proteínas utilizando técnicas profissionais (julienne, brunoise, chifonade, cubos, etc.) para otimizar o cozimento e a apresentação das refeições.Segurança e Restrições Alimentares: Preparar refeições adaptadas e operar com extrema atenção para evitar a contaminação cruzada em casos de alunos com alergias e intolerâncias alimentares (APLV, celíacos, diabéticos, etc.).Apoio ao Cozinheiro(a): Auxiliar na montagem dos pratos, controle dos tempos de cozimento e separação do mise en place.Higienização e Organização: Manter bancadas, utensílios, tábuas de corte diferenciadas por tipo de alimento e equipamentos limpos e sanitizados conforme normas da ANVISA / AFE.Armazenamento e Estoque: Receber, etiquetar (validade/identificação) e armazenar insumos, garantindo o controle de temperatura de alimentos especiais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo.Experiência comprovada em cozinha comercial, industrial ou escolar.Domínio de técnicas de corte e manuseio seguro de facas.Conhecimento e sensibilidade sobre alergias e restrições alimentares.Conhecimento prático de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e vigilância sanitária.Proatividade, agilidade, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
