A missão desse cargo é executar o trabalho técnico de cuidador integral em saúde mental aos clientes da Instituição, individualizado e trabalhando em conformidade com as normas e procedimentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover o conforto e o bem-estar dos pacientes em suas necessidades diárias;Incentivar e auxiliar quando necessário a realização de atividades de autocuidado;Incentivar e auxiliar, quando necessário a realização das tarefas diárias, organização e higiene do ambiente assistido;Estimular a participação das atividades propostas em seu projeto terapêutico singular;Realizar rondas nos setores e reportar qualquer intercorrência ao responsável pelo setor;Informar ao enfermeiro do andar de internação qualquer intercorrência com o paciente;Acompanhar e realizar junto ao técnico de enfermagem ou enfermeiro a revista pessoal e de pertences dos pacientes;Manter controle dos pertences armazenados no posto de enfermagem;Auxiliar no controle de estoque de materiais, equipamentos e atividades administrativas;Realizar ligações vide projeto terapêutico singular para os pacientes;Preparar o leito para admissão e retirar roupas de cama após alta hospitalar;Acompanhar em consultas e atendimentos médico hospitalar (Externamente);Direcionar e acompanhar paciente que estiver na área externa para o andar quando necessário (consulta interna, medicação, abordagem da equipe);Acompanhar o paciente nas refeições;Supervisionar pacientes na área externa;Recolher todas as cadeiras espalhadas no pátio e região do fumódromo, colocando-as nos quiosques para futuras atividades ao longo do dia;Direcionar, constantemente, pacientes fumantes para o fumódromo;Acompanhar os momentos de piscinas e outras atividades recreativas;Registrar ao final do plantão, no livro de ocorrências do andar e área externa, tudo o que houver sido relevante no seu dia, para que haja alinhamento e troca de informações entre os plantões;Realizar, no horário previsto, a conferência e o fechamento do portão do bosque;Realizar, no horário previsto, o fechamento das salas de vivência;Monitorar constantemente em toda área externa, se atentando na ociosidade dos pacientes, no cumprimento das regras, entre outras atribuições;Zelar pela segurança individual e coletiva, utilizando equipamentos de proteção apropriados, quando da execução dos serviços;Desenvolver suas atividades, aplicando normas e procedimentos de biossegurança;Executar outras tarefas correlatas, conforme necessidade ou ausência de seu superior. Zelar pela conservação dos bens patrimoniais, solicitando manutenção, reparo e/ou reposição, sempre que necessário;Apoiar a supervisão em assuntos inerentes à sua área de atuação, apresentando e discutindo problemas e irregularidades, a fim de subsidiar a definição de procedimentos e ações a serem adotadas;
