O Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2001 no município de São Paulo, se estendendo para outros municípios e estados.

Desde o início de suas atividades, a SPDM/PAIS busca, em parceria com a gestão pública, o crescimento e a consolidação dos serviços de saúde ofertados aos usuários do SUS, gerenciando serviços nos três níveis de Atenção: primária, secundária (Especialidades) e terciária (Urgência e Emergência).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e validar o direcionamento de informações sobre escala médica PJ e liberação cadastral em sistema integrado e e-mail institucional, conforme fluxos e padrões definidos;Deliberar com gestor e, quando necessário, com setores internos sobre formalizações e liberações vinculadas à escala médica;Apoiar a elaboração semanal e validação de dados consolidados para fins de pagamento de prestadores de serviço;Atualizar relatórios e controles internos (Excel), assegurando a confiabilidade das informações;Elaborar e atualizar indicadores de efetividade pertinentes à área, sugerindo melhorias na forma de apresentação para reuniões e painéis de acompanhamento;Realizar análises contratuais para validação de cláusulas e aplicação de sanções quando cabível;Notificar empresas terceirizadas sobre orientações e restrições conforme os fluxos estabelecidos pela área;Direcionar e validar informações por meio de grupos institucionais (WhatsApp), assegurando comunicação clara e oportuna;Apoiar a organização de apresentações, treinamentos internos e reuniões da área, incluindo levantamento de dados e conteúdo;Apoiar e subsidiar os assistentes administrativos nas rotinas operacionais e dúvidas;Propor melhorias nos sistemas e ferramentas utilizadas, encaminhando sugestões ao gestor imediato;Realizar abertura de chamados e acompanhar o atendimento de demandas junto a áreas internas;Referenciar novas implantações de serviços de saúde e empresas prestadoras de serviços PJ, sempre que solicitado;Propor melhorias nas ferramentas de trabalho e no sistema interno, encaminhando demandas à área de TI quando necessário;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais-LGPD;Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo na área Administrativa, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins;Pós graduação cursando em Gestão de Pessoas, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins;Experiência com rotinas administrativas com foco em elaboração de relatórios e análise crítica de dados;Conhecimento em Pacote Office - Excel Intermediário/Avançado.Informações adicionaisLocal de atuação: Corporativo - Próximo ao metrô VergueiroTrabalho 100% presencialHorário de trabalho: Escala 12x36 - Folguista (Disponibilidade para horário diurno e noturno, conforme escala)Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
