Assessorar na gestão do tema de bem-estar animal na cadeia de valor da Companhia, estruturando, analisando e interpretando dados globais de diferentes origens e espécies. Apoiar a gestão de fornecedores, o atendimento a questionários de clientes, relatórios e rankings de bem-estar animal, além de atuar em visitas técnicas, auditorias, prospecções e planos de ação relacionados à produção de matéria-prima animal.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividadesConduzir benchmarks em bem-estar animal, identificando práticas de mercado e referências para subsidiar decisões e aprimorar a divulgação institucional.Apoiar a gestão de metas corporativas de bem-estar animal e sustentabilidade, estruturando e priorizando indicadores de fornecedores para relatórios globais e melhoria contínua.Fornecer dados estratégicos para relatórios técnicos e tomadas de decisão, incluindo informações para avaliação de fornecedores e fechamento de contratos.Gerir questionários de clientes e processos de homologação de fornecedores de matéria-prima animal, consolidando informações para rankings e classificação de risco.Monitorar e revisar legislações de bem-estar animal na América Latina e Austrália, apoiando a atualização e implementação de procedimentos globais alinhados às exigências locais.Apoiar auditorias em fazendas e frigoríficos, bem como visitas técnicas, prospecções e planos de ação junto a fornecedores.Atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas da Companhia, definindo prioridades e executando planos de ação relacionados ao bem-estar animal.Apoiar o engajamento das áreas internas e do time comercial na avaliação de fornecedores e no acompanhamento dos sistemas de garantia e controle de bem-estar animal.Atender clientes internos, garantindo clareza na comunicação, correta inserção de documentos em sistemas e controle dos indicadores.Estruturar, analisar e interpretar grandes volumes de dados relacionados ao monitoramento de bem-estar animal de fornecedores, apoiando decisões de aprovação e acompanhamento de sua performance.Promover o alinhamento entre equipes e diferentes stakeholders, conciliando culturas, interesses e perspectivas para garantir a execução das atividades e o alcance dos resultados.Cumprir prazos e metas relacionados às entregas de bem-estar animal, monitorando fatores internos e externos que possam impactar a cadeia de fornecedores.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos desejáveisEnsino superior completo em Medicina Veterinária ou Zootecnia.Pós-graduação, especialização ou formação complementar em bem-estar animal, sustentabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência na atuação técnica em produção, transporte, manejo, abate e processamento de bovinos. Vivência com frangos, suínos e pescados será um diferencial.Familiaridade com legislação e requisitos relacionados ao bem-estar animal, incluindo normas do MAPA, requisitos de países importadores e referenciais de entidades certificadoras.Experiência com auditorias, avaliações de bem-estar animal, Programas de Autocontrole e Boas Práticas de Manejo.Conhecimento de protocolos e referências nacionais e internacionais de bem-estar animal, como NAMI, Welfare Quality e AWIN.Experiência com rankings, ratings, benchmarks e avaliações corporativas relacionadas a bem-estar animal e sustentabilidade.Capacidade de estruturar, analisar e interpretar dados e indicadores, consolidando informações de diferentes fontes e apoiando avaliações de risco e tomada de decisão.Boa comunicação e capacidade de elaborar materiais técnicos e institucionais para diferentes públicos e stakeholders.Inglês avançado.Espanhol será um diferencial.Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação presencial em Campinas ou Barretos.

Informações adicionaisA posição integra a área corporativa de Bem-Estar Animal da Minerva Foods, atuando de forma transversal junto às áreas de Sustentabilidade, Operações, Suprimentos, Qualidade, Comercial e demais stakeholders internos e externos.O profissional terá atuação em temas estratégicos e corporativos de bem-estar animal, com exposição a diferentes origens e espécies, fornecedores, clientes e referências nacionais e internacionais. A posição também terá participação em processos de avaliação e monitoramento de desempenho, incluindo indicadores, rankings, ratings, questionários de clientes, auditorias, benchmarks e compromissos corporativos.Espera-se do profissional capacidade de transitar entre temas técnicos e demandas corporativas, transformar informações técnicas em análises e materiais objetivos e atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e stakeholders. A posição possui interface internacional e poderá demandar viagens para visitas técnicas, auditorias, eventos e reuniões.
