O que vamos construir juntos?Buscamos um(a) profissional sênior em Power BI para atuar no desenvolvimento e sustentação de soluções analíticas robustas, garantindo performance, governança e geração de valor para o negócio;Essa pessoa será responsável por construir e otimizar dashboards, relatórios e modelos semânticos, aplicando boas práticas de modelagem dimensional e DAX avançado;Atuará também na modernização de arquiteturas, incluindo migrações de Azure Analysis Services para Power BI Premium/Fabric, além de gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos modelos e assegurar a segurança dos dados (RLS);Espera-se um perfil consultivo, capaz de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções analíticas eficientes, colaborando com times de dados e apoiando iniciativas estratégicas, incluindo pré-vendas e provas de conceito.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter relatórios, dashboards e modelos semânticos no Power BI, garantindo performance, usabilidade e confiabilidade das entregas;Projetar e implementar modelos tabulares, incluindo modelagem dimensional, hierarquias e medidas DAX;Atuar na migração de arquiteturas legadas com Azure Analysis Services para Power BI Premium/Fabric;Traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções analíticas, atuando de forma consultiva junto a stakeholders para garantir que os dados entregues gerem valor real;Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos modelos semânticos: deploy, versionamento, atualização de partições, monitoramento de performance e gestão de workspaces no Power BI Service;Implementar e manter políticas de segurança de dados em nível de linha (RLS) e objeto, assegurando conformidade com as regras de acesso de cada cliente ou área;Realizar transformações e tratamentos de dados via Power Query com SQL e/ou M;Otimizar modelos e medidas DAX para garantir performance em grandes volumes de dados, aplicando boas práticas de compressão e cardinalidade;Colaborar com engenheiros de dados e arquitetos na definição das camadas de dados que alimentam os modelos analíticos (gold/semântica);Documentar modelos, medidas e padrões de desenvolvimento, contribuindo para a padronização e evolução das práticas de BI do time;Apoiar processos de pré-venda e qualificação técnica, elaborando provas de conceito e demonstrações de soluções analíticas para clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosExperiência sólida em desenvolvimento de relatórios e dashboards no Power BI (Desktop e Service);Domínio avançado de DAX (medidas complexas, funções de inteligência de tempo, otimização de performance);Experiência com modelagem dimensional;Conhecimento em Power Query / M para transformação e tratamento de dados;Experiência com Azure Analysis Services (AAS) (deploy, gerenciamento de modelos tabulares, particionamento);Experiência com publicação, versionamento e gestão de workspaces no Power BI Service;Familiaridade com RLS (Row-Level Security);Conhecimento em SQL.DiferenciaisVivência com Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Warehouses, Direct Lake, pipelines, atalhos OneLake);Experiência com ferramentas como Tabular Editor e Measure Killer para gerenciamento de regras e otimização de modelos;Conhecimento em CI/CD para projetos Power BI (PBIP, pipelines de deploy automatizados);Familiaridade com Direct Lake e semântica de modelos sobre Delta Tables no Fabric;Familiaridade com o espelhamento do Unity Catalog do Databricks no Fabric;Experiência com Azure Data Factory, Databricks ou outras ferramentas do ecossistema Azure;Experiência em projetos de migração de AAS para Power BI Premium / Fabric.Informações adicionaisPor aqui você terá:Vale iFood (alimentação e refeição);Aux.
