Nosso compromisso é oferecer um ambiente que estimula o desenvolvimento contínuo, a inovação, a diversidade e a excelência em cada entrega. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a apuração e os lançamentos dos tributos: executar a apuração mensal dos tributos e garantir que os respectivos lançamentos estejam em conformidade com a legislação vigente.Elaborar e analisar relatórios contábeis e tributários: preparar relatórios de conciliação contábil, apuração de impostos e demonstrativos fiscais, assegurando a consistência das informações.Apoiar o fechamento contábil mensal: participar das rotinas de fechamento, garantindo que as operações sejam corretamente registradas, conciliadas e refletidas nos saldos contábeis.Apoiar o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias: contribuir para o preenchimento, validação e envio das obrigações acessórias tributárias e contábeis dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, incluindo atividades como emissão de CND, acompanhamento do e-CAC, EFD-Reinf e DCTFWeb.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas: preparar e disponibilizar informações e documentos para auditorias, especialmente relacionados às conciliações contábeis e à apuração tributária.Apoiar a implantação e evolução de sistemas: participar das atividades relacionadas à implantação do SAP S/4HANA e de sistema tributário integrado, contribuindo para a adequação dos processos e rotinas da área.Apoiar a implementação da Reforma Tributária: contribuir com as atividades de análise, adequação de processos, sistemas e rotinas necessárias à implementação das mudanças decorrentes da Reforma Tributária.

Requisitos e qualificações Esta oportunidade é exclusiva para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD).Formação:Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis;Registro ativo no CRC;Pós-graduação ou cursos complementares em Contabilidade e/ou Tributária serão considerados diferenciais.Experiência e conhecimentos específicos:Experiência como Analista na área Contábil e Fiscal;Conhecimento em apuração de tributos, lançamentos e conciliações contábeis;Experiência com obrigações acessórias e rotinas fiscais;Conhecimento das normas contábeis e da legislação tributária, incluindo tributos diretos e indiretos;Conhecimento em planejamento tributário, com capacidade de analisar cenários e identificar oportunidades e impactos tributários;Familiaridade com sistemas contábeis e fiscais, preferencialmente SAP;Conhecimento de Excel;Desejável conhecimento das particularidades contábeis e fiscais de instituições reguladas pelo Banco Central e/ou administradoras de consórcios. Diferenciais:Experiência em empresas do setor financeiro ou de consórcios;Vivência com auditorias internas e externas;Experiência ou conhecimento em implantação de sistemas e projetos tributários;Conhecimento sobre a Reforma Tributária;Inglês intermediário.Informações adicionais Benefícios:Participação nos Lucros e ResultadosAssistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaVale TransporteVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoPrevidência PrivadaSeguro de VidaAssistência FuneralAuxílio Creche/BabáWellhub (Gympass)Auxílio FarmáciaComplemento Auxílio-DoençaAuxílio InternetAuxilio Home OfficeAuxílio MobilidadeDay offLocal de trabalho: Berrini -SPModalidade: Híbrido 3x por semana presenciais e 2x home office.
