A Solví é um grupo empresarial presente no Brasil e na América Latina, com mais de 12 mil colaboradores dedicados a oferecer soluções sustentáveis nas áreas de resíduos, saneamento, água e engenharia ambiental.Nosso propósito é unir inovação, excelência operacional e responsabilidade socioambiental, contribuindo para transformar realidades e promover um futuro mais sustentável.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar nas rotinas de Administração de Pessoal relacionadas ao processamento da folha de pagamento das empresas do Grupo, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, dos acordos coletivos e dos prazos estabelecidos, contribuindo para a qualidade dos processos e excelência no atendimento aos clientes internos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades operacionais da folha de pagamento, assegurando qualidade e cumprimento dos cronogramas definidos.Realizar conferência e processamento de lançamentos variáveis, tais como horas extras, adicionais, descontos, afastamentos, férias e demais eventos da folha.Apoiar os processos de admissão, desligamento, frequência e movimentações de colaboradores quando relacionados aos impactos em folha.Realizar conferências de cálculos trabalhistas e encargos sociais.Apoiar o atendimento das demandas das unidades de negócio por meio de chamados, e-mails e demais canais de atendimento.Contribuir para o cumprimento das obrigações trabalhistas, previdenciárias e acessórias, incluindo eSocial, FGTS, INSS e Imposto de Renda.Realizar controles, conciliações e atualizações de planilhas e indicadores da área.Realizar a aplicação de convenções e acordos coletivos das empresas atendidas.Realizar parametrizações de cálculos e regras sistêmicas, garantindo a correta aplicação da legislação e dos acordos coletivos.Contribuir para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e padronização dos processos de Administração de Pessoal.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos TécnicosEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em rotinas de Administração de Pessoal, especialmente relacionadas ao processamento e fechamento de folha de pagamento;Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, bem como das obrigações acessórias relacionadas à folha de pagamento;Experiência com processamento, conferência e fechamento de folha de pagamento;Conhecimento em Excel Intermediário;Desejável experiência com sistemas de folha de pagamento e eSocial.Será considerado um diferencial: Experiência com atendimento de chamados e suporte às unidades de negócio;

Vivência com processamento e fechamento de folha de pagamento de empresas com múltiplos CNPJs;

Experiência com aplicação de convenções e acordos coletivos;
