Analista de Administração de Pessoal Pleno | Foco em Folha de PagamentoRegião de Jundiaí / SP - Vaga ConfidencialSobre a oportunidadeEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Administração de Pessoal Pleno, com sólida experiência em Folha de Pagamento, para atuar em uma empresa multinacional do segmento industrial, localizada na região de Jundiaí/SP.Se você possui perfil analítico, organização, atenção aos detalhes, gosta de trabalhar com legislação trabalhista, processos e melhoria contínua, essa pode ser a oportunidade ideal para o seu desenvolvimento profissional.Você fará parte de uma equipe colaborativa, atuando em parceria com RH, Contabilidade, Jurídico e Auditoria, contribuindo para garantir a excelência dos processos de Administração de Pessoal e a conformidade com a legislação vigente.Responsabilidades e atribuições·      Atuar no processamento completo da folha de pagamento, realizando conferências, validações de lançamentos, cálculos de salários, horas extras, adicionais, descontos, férias, rescisões, encargos sociais e demais eventos da folha.·      Executar e acompanhar todas as rotinas de Administração de Pessoal, incluindo admissões, férias, afastamentos, controle de ponto eletrônico, desligamentos, benefícios e atendimento aos colaboradores.·      Realizar os cálculos e a conferência de encargos trabalhistas e previdenciários, garantindo a correta apuração de FGTS, INSS, IRRF, e demais obrigações acessórias, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária.·      Efetuar conciliações contábeis, validação de provisões trabalhistas, elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e suporte às áreas de Contabilidade e Controladoria.·      Atuar no atendimento de auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações, fornecendo informações, documentos e evidências sempre que necessário.·      Dar suporte às equipes de Benefícios, gestores e colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas às rotinas de Administração de Pessoal e Folha de Pagamento.·      Contribuir com análises, indicadores e oportunidades de melhoria contínua dos processos da área, buscando eficiência, qualidade e conformidade.Requisitos e qualificações·      Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;·      Experiência sólida em Administração de Pessoal, com atuação em processamento de Folha de Pagamento;·      Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e das obrigações acessórias;·      Vivência com admissões, férias, rescisões, ponto eletrônico, encargos sociais e atendimento a auditorias;·      Experiência com sistemas de folha de pagamento, sendo ADP um diferencial, SAP, Sênior, Protheus ou sistemas similares;·      Excel em nível intermediário ou avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, funções, gráficos e análise de dados);·      Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial;·      Residir em Jundiaí ou região;·      Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial.O que esperamos de vocêBuscamos um profissional comprometido, organizado, proativo e com forte capacidade analítica, que tenha senso de responsabilidade, atenção aos detalhes, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e interesse em atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e orientado para resultados.Informações adicionaisBenefícios·      Previdência Privada;·      Assistência Médica extensiva a cônjuge e dependentes;·      Assistência Odontológica extensiva a cônjuge e dependentes;·      Participação nos Resultados (PPR);·      Restaurante no local;·      Cesta Básica;·      Seguro de Vida;·      Fretado ou Vale-Transporte;·      Licença-maternidade e licença-paternidade estendidas.Venha fazer parte de uma empresa sólida, que valoriza as pessoas e acredita no desenvolvimento dos seus talentos!Valorizamos a diversidade como fonte de inovação e humanidade.
