Apoiar a gestão de processos, projetos, contratos, documentação e auditorias de infraestrutura de TIC, promovendo organização, conformidade, rastreabilidade e suporte aos gestores e equipes técnicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar apoio na avaliação e resolução de processos administrativos relacionados a incidentes e requisições de infraestrutura de TIC.Acompanhar Gestão de Incidentes e Requisições de Serviços, analisando solicitações, requisitando relatórios e assessorando gestores.Apoiar o Gerenciamento do Catálogo de Serviço, realizando revisões e sugerindo ajustes.Apoiar o Gerenciamento da Base de Conhecimento, preparando documentações técnicas.Apoiar o gerenciamento de contratos de infraestrutura de TIC conforme Instruções Normativas e Resoluções do CNJ.Auxiliar na elaboração e organização da documentação de novas contratações, coletando requisitos, especificações e documentos.Apoiar a preparação de relatórios dos serviços de infraestrutura de TIC.Apoiar a elaboração de documentação técnica para a base de conhecimentos.Atuar com gestores de TIC na execução de projetos, garantindo implantação organizada e documentada.Apoiar auditorias de TIC, organizando evidências, relatórios de ativos, logs de conformidade e documentação.Orientar equipes técnicas na elaboração de documentos de contratação, templates e checklists para ETP, TR e fases licitatórias.Manter biblioteca de normativos, leis e resoluções de contratações de TIC.Auxiliar equipes no mapeamento e desenho de fluxos de processos operacionais.Organizar repositório central de evidências e documentação de compliance.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃONível Superior (graduação) na área de TI, fornecido por instituição de ensino superior reconhecida pelo Ministério da Educação; ou diploma de curso de graduação de nível superior em qualquer área de formação, acompanhado de certificado de conclusão de especialização/mestrado na área de TI de, no mínimo, 360 horas/aula.CERTIFICAÇÃO/CURSO (obrigatório)Curso oficial ITIL v4 FoundationCurso em Gestão de Projetos (mínimo de 30 horas)Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde ou Unimed(de acordo com a disponibilidade do local);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição;Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela empresa;Vale transporte;Convênio farmácia;Convênio faculdades;Totalpass;Plataforma de educação interna.
