Missão da Área 🤩 No Run Series, trabalhamos para estruturar processos, implementar melhorias, comunicar, planejar e coordenar todas as atividades que fazem o Santander Track&Field Run Series acontecer em cada etapa.Sua missão 🥇 Sua missão será fazer parte da área responsável pelo atendimento e relacionamento com shoppings, lojas, franqueados e demais parceiros do Santander Track&Field Run Series, garantindo proximidade, alinhamento das informações e acompanhamento das demandas de cada etapa. Essa função é essencial para fortalecer os relacionamentos, conectar os diferentes times envolvidos na operação e garantir que cada evento aconteça de forma organizada e alinhada às estratégias do circuito.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 • Atendimento e acompanhamento de demandas operacionais;• Gestão das etapas do circuito Santander Track&Field Run Series, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, demandas e processos;• Relacionamento e interface com shoppings, franqueados, lojas, parceiros e gráficas;• Interface com as áreas internas para alinhamento e execução das demandas das etapas;• Acompanhamento de contratos e contrapartidas, além de gestão de NFs e pagamentos;• Controle e atualização de informações, planilhas e sistemas relacionados às etapas;• Acompanhamento de inscrições, cortesias, NPS e demais indicadores operacionais;• Suporte no planejamento dos eventos, incluindo pré e pós-prova.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil administrativo, que seja uma boa comunicadora, proativa, engajada, flexível e organizada.
