Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar auditorias internas em contratos de média e alta complexidade com autonomia;Avaliar a efetividade de controles internos na mitigação de riscos, identificando falhas e oportunidades de melhoria;Identificar, classificar e apoiar a mitigação de riscos, analisando impactos e probabilidades de riscos de forma autônoma;Analisar processos contratuais e apontar não conformidades;Coletar, organizar e analisar documentos e dados de auditoria, analisando evidências e sustentando achados de forma consistente;Estruturar relatórios claros e objetivos com achados e recomendações tecnicamente consistentes;Apoiar a construção e acompanhamento de indicadores de riscos e controles;Utilizar ferramentas como Excel e Power BI, bem como IAs para análise de dados, utilizando recursos avançados e análise e cruzamento de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas afins;Competências Técnicas:Conceitos de auditoria interna e externa;Noções de gestão de riscos e controles internos;Pacote Office / ferramentas de apoio a auditoria (Excel avançado, Power BI, etc.);Conhecimento em base de dados; Conhecimento em IA (Gemini);Conhecimento em modelagem de processos para leitura e análise, como Fluxograma ou BPMN. Desejável:Desejável vivência em auditoria interna, compliance, controles internos ou áreas correlatas;Cursos ou especialização em Auditoria, Compliance, Riscos ou Controladoria;Conhecimento em Sales Force. Informações adicionais Onde você vai trabalhar:Em nossa sede no Centro de Florianópolis!O que você terá aqui:💳Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação (você administra seu vale);🏥Plano de Saúde;🦷Plano Odontológico;🧠Cuidado com sua saúde mental através de uma rede especializada de profissionais;🩸Seguro de Vida;🐶Guapeco;🏋️Wellhub;💊Convênio com Sesi Farmácia e SESC;📚Incentivo ao seu desenvolvimento com bolsa de estudos;💰Bônus por indicação;🎁Day off de aniversário;👕No dress code;🏃Ginástica laboral;🍺Nexx hour bimestral;🚲Bicicletário;🍉Frutas frescas diariamente;🎮Você pode aproveitar a sala de descanso, a famosa sala Lagoa em nossa sede.
