Se você é um CONSULTOR DE VENDAS com CONHECIMENTO TÉCNICO E DOMÍNIO TOTAL EM PAPÉIS PARA SUBLIMAÇÃO e com RELACIONAMENTO CONSOLIDADO NO MERCADO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO junte-se a ABC DISTRIBUIDORA (https://abcdistribuidora.com.br), a maior distribuidora e referência nacional no setor gráfico, de comunicação visual e indústria têxtil, com matriz no Ceará e filiais do Nordeste ao Sudeste, trabalhando com as principais marcas globais e oferecendo o portfólio mais completo de papéis e insumos do mercado - LOCAL : DIADEMA/SP - PRESENCIAL.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspecção Ativa (Perfil "Hunter"): Focar na abertura de novos mercados e captação de clientes no estado de São Paulo, visando resultados imediatos.Gestão de Carteira: Administrar e estreitar o relacionamento com uma carteira ativa de clientes, especialmente nos segmentos de confecções, estamparias e indústria têxtil.Consultoria Técnica: Aplicar domínio técnico sobre papéis para sublimação (tratados e monolúcidos), gramaturas e variáveis de processo (temperatura, tempo e tintas) para oferecer a melhor solução ao cliente.Gestão de Performance: Trabalhar com foco em metas agressivas, buscando um faturamento mensal estimado entre R$ 300 mil e R$ 500 mil.Representação de Marca: Atuar como referência técnica da ABC Distribuidora, promovendo o portfólio de grandes marcas globais de insumos para impressão digital.Atividades Externas: Realizar visitas presenciais a clientes na capital e viagens para atendimento no interior do estado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExpertise Técnica: Domínio total em papéis para sublimação (tratado e monolúcido), gramaturas, larguras e variáveis de processo (temperatura, tempo de transferência, compatibilidade de tintas/tecidos).Experiência: Sólida trajetória em vendas de insumos para impressão digital, preferencialmente em distribuidores.Networking: Carteira ativa de clientes no estado de São Paulo (segmento confecções, têxtil, estamparias e sublimação) com relacionamento consolidado no mercado.Foco em Performance: Prontidão para entrega de resultados desde o primeiro mês.Formação: Superior ou técnica.Competências para trabalhar em equipe, escutar e compreender o cliente, propor soluções e estabelecer relações de confiança.Informações adicionaisVaga Regime CLT para Diadema / SP.Pacote Atrativo: Fixo + Variável (Comissão + Premiação por Meta).Assistência Médica e Odontológica.Seguro de Vida.Vale Refeição.Vale Transporte e Estacionamento no local.Uber Corporativo para visitas na capital e Reembolso de Despesas para viagens ao interior.Day Off no aniversário.
