#LI-AL1Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a definição e execução da estratégia de testes de qualidade em projetos de desenvolvimento de software.Planejar, elaborar e executar casos e cenários de testes manuais e automatizados.Realizar testes funcionais, regressivos, de desempenho e segurança, garantindo a qualidade das entregas.Identificar, documentar e acompanhar defeitos e inconsistências junto às equipes de desenvolvimento.Participar das etapas iniciais dos projetos, revisando requisitos e documentações para assegurar a qualidade desde o início do desenvolvimento (Shift Left Testing).Elaborar e revisar planos de teste, casos de teste e relatórios de resultados.Analisar resultados dos testes e apresentar recomendações para melhoria da qualidade dos sistemas.Atuar em parceria com equipes de Desenvolvimento, Produto e Operações para garantir entregas aderentes aos requisitos do negócio.Apoiar e orientar profissionais juniores e plenos, compartilhando boas práticas de qualidade de software.Contribuir para a evolução contínua dos processos, metodologias e ferramentas de Qualidade (QA).Requisitos e qualificações IMPRESCINDÍVEL:

Ensino superior completo em Ciência de Dados, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento avançado em SQL, incluindo desenvolvimento de consultas complexas, otimização de performance, criação de procedures e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.Experiência com processos de ETL/ELT e integração de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes, como bancos de dados, APIs, arquivos e ambientes em nuvem.Conhecimento em Python ou linguagens similares para manipulação, tratamento e automação de dados.Experiência no desenvolvimento e manutenção de dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho.Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções analíticas, com entendimento de KPIs, SLAs e processos operacionais.Perfil analítico e consultivo, com experiência no relacionamento com stakeholders, levantamento de requisitos, condução de reuniões e apresentação de resultados. DESEJÁVEL:

Experiência com Machine Learning, estatística aplicada ou modelos preditivos.Inglês técnico para leitura e interpretação de documentação.Conhecimento em LGPD, segurança da informação e proteção de dados sensíveis.Vivência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.
