Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber, conferir, identificar, registrar e controlar amostras de matérias-primas provenientes do almoxarifado ou áreas produtivas, garantindo sua adequada rastreabilidade e armazenamento.Executar análises físico-químicas de matérias-primas, conforme metodologias analíticas estabelecidas e especificações aplicáveis.Realizar ensaios de bancada, incluindo, mas não se limitando a: descrição, identificação, determinação de pH, densidade, viscosidade, perda por secagem, teor de água por Karl Fischer, cinzas sulfatadas ou resíduo de ignição, granulometria e tamanho de partículas, rotação específica e outros testes físico-químicos previstos em metodologia.Operar, verificar e conservar equipamentos laboratoriais, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos.Realizar cálculos, tratamento, avaliação e interpretação dos resultados analíticos, verificando sua conformidade com as especificações estabelecidas.Registrar dados analíticos, assegurando a integridade, rastreabilidade e conformidade com as Boas Práticas de Documentação.Elaborar e revisar relatórios, certificados, planilhas e demais documentos relacionados às atividades laboratoriais.Apoiar investigações de resultados fora de especificação (OOS), desvios, não conformidades e ocorrências relacionadas ao laboratório, contribuindo na identificação de causas e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.Cumprir rigorosamente os requisitos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL), procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs) e normas de segurança aplicáveis.Participar de atividades relacionadas à qualificação, calibração, verificação e manutenção de equipamentos laboratoriais.Contribuir para a organização, limpeza, controle de materiais e gestão da rotina do laboratório, assegurando um ambiente adequado para execução das atividades.Apoiar processos de auditorias internas, externas e inspeções regulatórias, disponibilizando informações e documentações quando solicitado.Sugerir melhorias em processos, metodologias e controles, visando o aumento da eficiência e da confiabilidade das análises laboratoriais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando o último semestre em Farmácia, Química, Engenharia Química, Biomedicina ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento em técnicas de análises físico-químicas de matérias-primas farmacêuticas. Conhecimento de Boas Práticas de Fabricação, Laboratório e Documentação. Conhecimento de Farmacopeias nacionais e internacionais. Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade aplicado à indústria farmacêutica. Pacote Office, nível básico.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale refeição.Transporte fretado e/ou vale transporte para a cidade de Campinas/SP. Horário:2º turno: de segunda a quinta-feira, das 14h às 23h, e de sexta-feira das 11h às 20h.
