Acreditamos que um ambiente bem cuidado reflete diretamente na experiência dos nossos colaboradores e visitantes, por isso, buscamos profissionais comprometidos, responsáveis e que tenham orgulho em fazer parte do nosso dia a dia.Nossa cultura é pautada no respeito, trabalho em equipe, senso de dono e foco em resultados, sempre incentivando o desenvolvimento e a valorização de cada colaborador.Aqui, você encontrará um time parceiro, que trabalha junto e se apoia para alcançar os melhores resultados, em um ambiente acolhedor e com oportunidades de aprendizado constante.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar análises instrumentais por HPLC e CG, conduzindo o planejamento das atividades, interpretação dos resultados, tratamento de dados, cálculos e avaliação crítica das informações geradas.Garantir o registro preciso e rastreável dos resultados analíticos nos sistemas corporativos, assegurando a integridade e a confiabilidade das informações.Executar a conferência técnica de análises instrumentais, bem como revisar resultados gerados por outros integrantes da equipe.Apoiar a gestão na manutenção da excelência operacional do laboratório, acompanhando atividades de manutenção, qualificação e desempenho dos equipamentos.Elaborar, revisar e conduzir investigações analíticas, relatórios técnicos e demais documentos relacionados às rotinas do Controle de Qualidade.Desenvolver, revisar e atualizar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, planos de controle e documentos da área, contribuindo para a padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos.Atuar na gestão de Controles de Mudança e desvios da qualidade, avaliando impactos, acompanhando planos de ação e garantindo a efetividade das tratativas.Ser uma referência técnica para a equipe, compartilhando conhecimento, promovendo treinamentos e apoiando o desenvolvimento de analistas, técnicos e auxiliares.Participar de auditorias internas, externas e inspeções regulatórias, oferecendo suporte técnico e assegurando a disponibilidade da documentação necessária.Contribuir ativamente para projetos de melhoria contínua, buscando inovação, eficiência operacional, redução de retrabalhos e aprimoramento dos processos laboratoriais.Apoiar o planejamento e o acompanhamento das atividades da rotina operacional do laboratório instrumental, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e metas da área.Atuar de forma integrada com áreas parceiras, prestando suporte técnico e contribuindo para a resolução de demandas de maior complexidade relacionadas ao Controle de Qualidade.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Superior completo em Química, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas.Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização na área de Qualidade, Controle de Qualidade, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas afins.Experiência em análises instrumentais por HPLC e Cromatografia Gasosa (CG).Vivência com investigação de desvios, Controles de Mudança e documentação técnica.
