Analista de Custódia de Renda Variável PlenoSobre a posiçãoBuscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na área de Custódia de Renda Variável, com responsabilidade pelas rotinas operacionais relacionadas ao processamento, controle e conciliação das operações de renda variável.A posição terá interface com diferentes times da Controladoria, corretoras e demais áreas envolvidas nas operações, contribuindo para a execução das rotinas diárias e para a resolução de eventuais divergências operacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesRealizar o batimento financeiro das operações com corretoras, confrontando informações recebidas por e-mail, sistemas e bases internas;Realizar a conciliação das movimentações do dia anterior, identificando e tratando eventuais divergências;Atuar no prematching de operações boletadas, envolvendo operações de Bolsa e BMF;Participar dos processos relacionados a eventos de bolsa e eventos corporativos de renda variável, como subscrição de ativos, recebendo as instruções e realizando os devidos procedimentos operacionais;Atuar nas rotinas relacionadas à custódia de renda variável, acompanhando o processamento das operações e movimentações;Apoiar a análise de carteiras e rotinas financeiras relacionadas à operação;Realizar e acompanhar pagamentos vinculados às rotinas da área;Atuar na identificação e tratamento de falhas de entrega de ativos, realizando a comunicação aos gestores e áreas envolvidas;Interagir com corretoras e áreas responsáveis por aluguel de ativos, especialmente nos casos em que seja necessário tomar aluguel para cobertura de operações vendidas;Interagir com os diferentes times da Controladoria para esclarecimento de dúvidas, tratamento de divergências e acompanhamento das operações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Superior completo ou em fase final de conclusão em Engenharia, Economia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência profissional no mercado financeiro;Experiência com Renda Variável, preferencialmente em atividades de custódia, processamento de operações ou controladoria;Conhecimento de operações de Bolsa/B3 e BMF;Conhecimento sobre eventos corporativos de renda variável;Experiência com conciliação e processamento de operações;Conhecimento de Excel;Conhecimento em banco de dados, consultas e/ou macros será importante para a execução e facilitação das rotinas da área.DiferenciaisExperiência com Central de Custódia/Depositária da B3 (CAC);Experiência com ofertas e eventos corporativos de renda variável;Vivência com negociação e processamento de carteiras;Conhecimento em automação de rotinas, macros e banco de dados;Certificação PQO – Back Office.Perfil esperadoBuscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, organizada e com atenção aos detalhes, capaz de acompanhar rotinas operacionais com volume de informações e atuar na identificação e resolução de divergências.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais sobre a empresa ou posiçãoNo Daycoval, entendemos que cuidar de nossos colaboradores é essencial para promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável, colaborativo e produtivo.
