Sua atuação terá um papel fundamental na melhoria do nível de serviço e na conformidade com diretrizes estratégicas. Entre suas principais atribuições estão o acompanhamento dos custos e dos aspectos administrativos dos contratos, assegurando sua execução dentro do orçamento e promovendo uma busca contínua por oportunidades de otimização. Essa posição demanda visão analítica, capacidade de articulação, senso de responsabilidade e compromisso com a segurança — valor essencial para a Ultracargo em todas as suas atividades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a análise crítica dos custos, apoiando na elaboração de planos de ação robustos para a melhoria contínua da otimização de recursos.Elaborar relatórios e apresentações gerenciais, garantindo clareza e assertividade nas informações.Apoio na construção do orçamento anual, desenvolvendo e aplicando padrões, premissas e racionais bem definidos.Realizar reprogramações de custos, garantindo que as projeções estejam alinhadas à realidade do TerminalAcompanhar proativamente os indicadores financeiros, identificando oportunidades de otimização e mitigando possíveis desvios.Monitorar saldo e prazo dos contratos, antecipando necessidades de aditivos e novas contratações para manter a continuidade operacional.Supervisionar a execução econômica dos contratos, assegurando conformidade com os parâmetros estabelecidos e realizando auditorias periódicas dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em análise de custos, controle financeiro e gestão de contratos.Conhecimento intermediário em sistemas de gestão integrados (SAP).Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel)Habilidade sólida em análise crítica, tomada de decisão e comunicação eficaz.Você se destaca se tiver:Nível intermediário ou avançado em Power BIInformações adicionaisNossos BenefíciosDia a dia: Refeitório no local, Vale-Transporte ou Transporte Fretado, PAC (Programa de Apoio ao Colaborador) e Parcerias com o Grupo Ultra.Saúde e Bem-estar: Plano de Saúde e Odontológico, Telemedicina Einstein, Telepsicologia, Wellhub e Programa Cuidar Bem (com dia da massagem e frutas no terminal).Família e Futuro: Previdência Privada, Seguro de Vida, Empresa Cidadã, Auxílio Creche, Programa de Gestante e Cesta Natalidade.Datas especiais: Ticket Natal, Ticket Dia das Crianças e Prêmio Veterano.
