Com isso, apoia a tomada de decisão, a melhoria dos processos e a evolução das soluções tecnológicas da Celk. Responsabilidades e atividades

Extrair, tratar e integrar dados do Data Lake, bancos de dados, sistemas internos e outras fontes, garantindo a consistência e a confiabilidade das informações.Desenvolver consultas SQL e processos ETL/ELT para extração, transformação, validação e disponibilização de dados, considerando requisitos de negócio e boas práticas de desempenho.Apoiar a evolução do Data Lake, estruturando camadas, integrando novas fontes, criando conjuntos de dados e mantendo atualizados o catálogo, os metadados, o dicionário e a documentação.Analisar dados para identificar padrões, tendências e inconsistências, investigar causas e propor soluções, traduzindo necessidades de áreas internas e clientes em métricas, indicadores e visualizações.Desenvolver e manter relatórios, dashboards, indicadores e modelos de dados para acompanhar resultados e apoiar a tomada de decisão.Garantir a qualidade, a integridade e a segurança dos dados, aplicando controles de acesso, políticas internas e requisitos da LGPD, especialmente no tratamento de dados sensíveis de saúde.Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Desenvolvimento, DevOps e DBA na investigação de problemas e evolução das soluções, identificando oportunidades de automação, otimização de consultas e redução de custos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas afins; Competências técnicas e conhecimentos necessários:

SQL de nível intermediário a avançado em bancos de dados relacionais.Extração, tratamento, análise e validação de dados.Elaboração de relatórios, indicadores e visualizações de dados.Modelagem de dados e relacionamento entre tabelas.Uso de ferramentas de BI (como Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau ou Qlik).Conceitos de Data Lake e das diferenças entre Data Lake, Data Warehouse e Lakehouse.Organização de dados em camadas, como a arquitetura medalhão (bronze, prata e ouro) ou raw, trusted e refined.Formatos de arquivo analíticos, como Parquet, ORC, Avro, CSV e JSON.Consultas SQL sobre dados no Data Lake (Amazon Athena, Trino/Presto ou Spark SQL) e particionamento de dados.Gestão da qualidade, integridade e consistência de dados.Interpretação de regras de negócio e documentação de critérios e resultados analíticos.Princípios de segurança da informação e de proteção de dados pessoais (LGPD).Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência médicaAssistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaVale-Refeição/AlimentaçãoDay Off no dia do aniversárioWellhub (Antiga Gympass)Jornada:Home OfficeDe Segunda à Sexta, das 8h às 17h (40 horas semanais)
