Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Dados para atuar na análise de informações, gestão de indicadores e otimização de processos, utilizando tecnologia e inteligência de dados para apoiar decisões estratégicas e operacionais.Esse profissional será responsável por desenvolver dashboards, analisar dados do ERP Sênior, acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e propor melhorias que contribuam para a eficiência operacional, redução de custos e transformação digital da área de Suprimentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, implementar e atualizar dashboards gerenciais utilizando Power BI;Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área de Suprimentos, como saving, lead time, produtividade, prazos de atendimento e desempenho de fornecedores;Extrair, organizar, validar e analisar dados provenientes do ERP Sênior;Elaborar relatórios analíticos e gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisões;Identificar inconsistências nos dados, desvios operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria;Acompanhar resultados e indicadores dos processos de Compras, Ressuprimento, Contratos e Serviços;Desenvolver análises comparativas de custos, produtividade e desempenho;Atuar em parceria com a área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI) na integração de sistemas e automação de relatórios;Identificar oportunidades de automação e digitalização de processos, reduzindo controles manuais;Padronizar processos de coleta, tratamento e apresentação de dados;Apoiar a implementação de melhorias tecnológicas que promovam eficiência, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações;Fornecer informações estratégicas para gestores e coordenadores, contribuindo para o acompanhamento de metas e planos de ação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Power BI;Excel avançado;Conhecimento em bancos de dados e SQL;Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente Sênior;Conhecimento em análise de dados e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Familiaridade com processos de Compras e Suprimentos;Conhecimento em automação de processos e integração de sistemas;Capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade, visão sistêmica e orientação para resultados;Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe;Facilidade para identificar problemas, propor soluções e atuar com melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosRefeição na empresa;Cesta básica;My Day;Assistência odontológica;Plano de Saúde;Seguro de Vida;Vale-transporte;Convênio Farmácia;Incentivos Educacionais; Ginástica Laboral;Plano de Carreira estruturado;Cesta Natalina;Wellhub/Gympass;Petlove - plano de saúde para seu pet.
