A coordenação de Desenvolvimento e Estudos tem como objetivo desenvolver e disseminar conteúdos educacionais por meio de pesquisas aplicadas, estudos e projetos pilotos visando apoiar o poder público e demais agentes educativos na redução das desigualdades de aprendizagem e das trajetórias educacionais de crianças e adolescentes no país.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar gestão dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade com média supervisão da liderança envolvendo a interface com parceiros e secretarias da educação, acompanhando o cronograma, orçamento e as etapas do fluxo dos projetos e sinalizando oportunidades de melhoria e possíveis ajustes no escopo dos projetos.Articular com parceiros, fornecedores e representantes do poder público (secretarias de educação, gestores escolares e professores), com apoio da liderança. Acompanhar contratos e processos de pagamento relacionados aos projetos de média a alta complexidade. Apoiar na gestão de projetos piloto envolvendo recursos didático-pedagógicos a partir de conteúdos distintos voltados para os diferentes públicos;Contribuir para o monitoramento e avaliação dos projetos.Atuar na elaboração e desenvolvimento de estudos, mapeamentos e pesquisas alinhadas aos desafios das frentes prioritárias do Itaú Social, com foco na educação infantil e nos anos finais do ensino fundamental (6º ao 9º ano).Produzir e analisar relatórios de estudos e pesquisa de média complexidade.Sistematizar informações e conteúdos para divulgação dos projetos da Fundação Itaú.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração Pública, Políticas Públicas, Administração, Ciências Sociais, Economia, Educação, Relações Internacionais ou áreas afins;Experiência com projetos de pesquisa e estudos aplicados;Conhecimento dos marcos legais e políticas da área da Educação Básica como PNE, LDB, BNCC, SAEB, FUNDEB, Leis 10.639 e 11.645;Experiência de interlocução com o poder público;Conhecimento das políticas públicas de educação no Brasil; Marcos legais da Educação Básica, Sistema Nacional de Educação e regime de colaboração;Habilidades com metodologias de gestão de projetos, dados e indicadores;Disponibilidade para viagens.Desejável:Habilidades de monitoramento e avaliação de políticas públicas de educação;Experiência com gestão pública ou Investimento Social Privado (ISP);Inglês e/ou espanhol a nível intermediário.Informações adicionaisBenefícios CorporativosPlano de saúdePlano odontológicoVale refeiçãoVale alimentaçãoVale transporteAuxílio creche e babáPrevidência complementarSeguro de vidaParcerias e vantagensProdutos financeirosIuppDesconto farmáciaAcademias parceiras - Wellhub e TotalpassAcesso aos clubes Itaú UnibancoA Fundação Itaú não solicita pagamentos para realizar quaisquer seleções e/ou exames admissionais.
