A área de engenharia de software do Porto Seguro Bank, responsável pelos produtos Cartões, Adquirência Private Label, Autorizações, Loyalty e Benefícios é dedicada à concepção, implementação e manutenção de sistemas inovadores, focando em soluções eficientes, de alta disponibilidade e seguras.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver, evoluir e manter microsserviços de alta performance, escaláveis e seguros para os produtos da área (Cartões, Adquirência, Loyalty, Benefícios);Aplicar boas práticas de engenharia de software (Clean Code, TDD, Design Patterns e refatoração contínua);Participar ativamente das definições técnicas e da implementação de arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e microsserviços;Integrar sistemas com serviços Cloud AWS, garantindo alta disponibilidade e baixa latência;Criar e manter testes automatizados (unitários, de integração e funcionais) para garantir a qualidade e cobertura do código;Atuar no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas complexos de produção (troubleshooting, performance e gargalos);Ajudar na evolução das esteiras de CI/CD e práticas de automação do time.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend utilizando Node.js;Experiência em Java batch / Spring batch (Focados em alta volumetria)Vivência no desenvolvimento de sistemas para o mercado financeiro, meios de pagamento, cartões ou autorização;Sólidos conhecimentos em padrões de projeto (Design Patterns), REST/RESTful, SOLID, API First, e integração de sistemas;Conhecimento e uso prático de mensageria e eventos em produção (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS);Domínio de bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, Oracle, RDS) e não-relacionais/caches (DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB);Experiência prática com ecossistema AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway);Conhecimento em contêineres e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS);Experiência com testes automatizados e cultura de qualidade de código;Familiaridade com esteiras CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins) e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).Diferenciais:Conhecimentos em produto cartão de crédito;Certificações AWS (Developer Associate ou Solutions Architect Associate).Noções de Infraestrutura como Código (Terraform);Práticas de DevSecOps, segurança da informação e conformidade PCI-DSS;Conhecimento em práticas de observabilidade (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry);
