O profissional terá papel fundamental na geração de insights, avaliação da qualidade da carteira, desenvolvimento de estudos analíticos e apoio à definição de estratégias que contribuam para o crescimento sustentável do negócio.Se você gosta de transformar dados em decisões, possui visão crítica sobre risco e busca atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e com forte conexão entre negócios, tecnologia e analytics, essa oportunidade é para você!Vem fazer a diferença! #vemprarandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar a evolução dos indicadores de risco de crédito das carteiras e produtos, identificando tendências, desvios e oportunidades de mitigação.Realizar análises quantitativas e qualitativas para avaliação da qualidade da carteira e suporte à tomada de decisão.Desenvolver e manter relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e estudos analíticos para acompanhamento do desempenho e do risco de crédito das operações.Apoiar a construção, validação e monitoramento de modelos estatísticos e critérios de avaliação de risco de crédito.Avaliar a efetividade de políticas, motores de decisão, regras de concessão e estratégias de gestão de risco de crédito.Elaborar estudos de segmentação, concentração, comportamento de clientes e cenários prospectivos.Participar da revisão e evolução de políticas, processos e normativos relacionados à gestão de risco de crédito.Atuar em projetos estratégicos, contribuindo com análises técnicas, especificações de negócio, testes e homologações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação concluído em Administração, Economia, Estatística, Engenharia, Matemática, Ciências Atuariais, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Curso ou conhecimento em Excel Intermediário;Experiência em análise de risco de crédito, modelagem, estratégia de crédito ou áreas relacionadas.Conhecimento de indicadores de risco de crédito, inadimplência e comportamento de carteira;Conhecimento em SQL para extração e manipulação de dados;Capacidade analítica e interpretação de grandes volumes de dados.Informações adicionaisVocê sabe quem é a Randon Consórcios?A Randon Consórcios está situada em Caxias do Sul e integra o braço de serviços da Randoncorp.
