Nosso time é formado por pessoas engajadas em inovar no setor de transporte, e que fazem a diferença todos os dias.Nosso propósito é transformar soluções logísticas em resultados importantes em termos de otimização, tecnologia e redução de emissões de CO2.ComoAnalista de Faturamentoserá responsável pelo faturamento de CT-es, emissão e reenvio de documentos eletrônicos, atendimento às demandas de clientes, controle de inadimplência, cobrança de títulos em aberto e acompanhamento dos processos de faturamento, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo soluções.Responsabilidades e atribuições💡 CONTAMOS COM VOCÊ PARAGerar Relatórios e Conferir os valores emitidos pela Operação/Central de Emissão dos Cte’s e NF’s se estão de acordo com o Contrato/Proposta do Cliente.Efetuar as tratativas de processos de faturamento com divergências Montar processos de faturamento conforme definido pelo cliente (CTE, Fatura, Boleto, Comprovantes);Cobrar área operacional / Central de Emissão quanto ao recebimento dos documentos devidamente baixados no sistema que permita o faturamento dos CTES;Efetuar o faturamento de clientes;Re-emitir faturas;Gerar relatórios de CTE’s pendentes de faturamento;Controlar a inadimplência dos clientes da sua carteiraAcompanhar as informações no Portal do ClienteOrientar o Cliente quanto ao uso do Portal do ClienteAnalisar a inadimplência e atuar nos títulos vencidos e na prevenção dos pagamentos após o vencimento;Entendimento das operações/benefícios fiscais (Isenção ICMS, Pedágio x Não integra Base de cálculo de ICMS, Retenção ISS, Local Prestação serviços para fins de ISS) para orientar a conferência de valores;Contato com o cliente a fim de intermediar as cobranças enviadas;Cumprir os procedimentos do SGI;Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas de Segurança, Saúde, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente;Cargo sensível no tocante a segurança da cadeia logística;Requisitos e qualificações👍 VOCÊ PRECISA TER Ensino médio completo;Raciocínio Logico apurado;Boa comunicação;Proatividade.👍 SERA UM DIFERENCIAL Desejável experiência mínima em faturamento ou vivência operacional na área de transportes;Ensino superior cursando ou completo em áreas correlatas.Local de Trabalho:  Possui fácil acesso à região do Campo Comprido?
