A função de Analista de Faturamento tem como objetivo efetuar a entrada de notas fiscais e faturamento de cargas nas unidades do Grupo Vila Nova.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir notas enviadas pelos fornecedores e dar entrada nas mesmas;Emissão de notas fiscais eletrônicas e/ ou transferências;Dar entrada das notas de transferências das filiais;Analisar e confrontar pedido de compra com as notas enviadas pelos fornecedores;Analisar atraso na entrega para pedido de prorrogação de boleto, caso necessário;Faturar devolução de mercadoria avariada tanto para a unidade matriz como para as filiais;Gerar nota de devolução de mercadoria avariada tanto para a unidade matriz como para filiais;Gerar nota de transferência de mercadoria para filiais e conveniadas;Emitir guias de recolhimento de ICMS de frete;Encaminhar ao setor fiscal as notas fiscais após validadas;Conferir devoluções geradas para envio ao setor financeiro;Efetivar o faturamento para a unidade matriz e suas filiais;Emissão de relatórios e boletos referentes as notas fiscais eletrônicas;Gerar, emitir e separar CTRC;Controlar saída de pallet e CTRC;Faturar pedidos de venda/ transferências;Digitar pedidos de transferências para as filiais;Cancelar pedidos de vendas realizados erroneamente dos RCA´s;Controlar movimentação, carregamento e expedição das vendas especiais e retira;Fechar controle diário de movimentação de pallets, informando aos gestores do depósito.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Superior em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência: Analista FaturamentoInformações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Plano Médico (para titular e dependentes);Plano Odontológico (para titular e dependentes);Convênio Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Wellhub (Gympass);Day off (folga no dia do aniversário);Vale Compras;Auxílio Combustível;Refeição na Empresa;Licença Maternidade Estendida (180 dias).Observação:Trabalho de Segunda à Sexta-feira das 08h às 17:45h presencial na unidade do Grupo Vila Nova em Campinas-SP.
