Missão do Cargo: Responsável por realizar e desenvolver atividades relacionadas a garantia de qualidade de processos, suportando as áreas de operações industriais, almoxarifado e laboratórios para a correta execução de boas práticas de fabricação, além de ser responsável pelo cumprimento dos cronogramas das principais disciplinas relacionadas com a área (Revisões de Qualidade, Validações de Processo, Holding Time, Transferência de Tecnologia de Produto Legado e otimizações).Estamos sempre em busca de talentos únicos para somar e fazer parte do nosso time. Responsabilidades e atribuições O que você vai fazer:Atuar de forma próxima e sistemática nas áreas produtivas, por meio da execução de GEMBAS, acompanhamento das rotinas operacionais e verificação da aderência aos procedimentos e Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), promovendo a cultura da qualidade e identificando oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Gerir e participar ativamente na investigação e tratamento de desvios de qualidade, assegurando a identificação de causas raízes, definição de ações corretivas e preventivas eficazes e acompanhamento da implementação até a verificação de eficácia, garantindo a mitigação de recorrências.Suportar tecnicamente as áreas produtivas, de controle de qualidade, almoxarifado, manutenção e outras, orientando os times quanto à correta execução dos processos, registros de lote e cumprimento dos padrões normativos, fortalecendo a integração entre a Qualidade e as Operações Industriais.Garantir o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação por meio de ações estratégicas e sistemáticas de melhoria, como participação em análises de risco, controles de mudança, revisões de qualidade de produto e auditorias internas, assegurando a robustez dos processos e a conformidade regulatória.Requisitos e qualificações O que você precisa ter:Ensino Superior Completo em Farmácia, Biologia, Engenharias, Bioquímica, Biotecnologia ou afins;Conhecimento dos requerimentos de BPF - Boas Práticas de Fabricação aplicáveis as áreas de atuação da empresa;Desejável conhecimento em operações no sistema de Gerenciamento de Processos de Qualidade (SE Suite / GED) e sistema SAP;Possuir habilidades relacionadas a tomada de decisões, análise crítica, trabalho em equipe, organização e planejamento;Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de Desvios (Ishikawa, FTA, 5W2H, etc…), análise de impacto de controle de mudanças e Revisões de Qualidade de Produto.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:🏥Plano de Saúde🦷Plano Odontológico🎗Seguro de Vida💰Previdência Privada🧺Vale Alimentação ou Refeitório🍴Vale Refeição🚌Transporte Fretado ou Vale Transporte💊Convênio Farmácia🏋️Wellhub (Gympass) e/ou Academia🧘Zenklub👶🏽Auxílio Creche para Mamães🤰🏾Programa de Acompanhamento de Saúde para gestantes, tentantes e adotantes💵Incentivo de Curto Prazo👨🏻‍💻Plataforma de Aprendizagem Corporativa🎅🏽Cesta de Natal
