Também atuará na integração de novos colaboradores, organização de treinamentos, padronização de reuniões e disseminação de políticas internas, colaborando com outras áreas para garantir a padronização e a qualidade dos processos da gestão.Analisar indicadores de desempenho, coletando, validando, organizando e consolidando dados para apoio à gestão;Analisar indicadores de desempenho, coletando, validando, organizando e consolidando dados para apoio à gestão;Elaborar relatórios e materiais gerenciais periódicos, assegurando clareza e confiabilidade das informações;Controlar documentos, políticas, procedimentos e formulários, garantindo organização, atualização e acessibilidade;Apoiar a integração de novos colaboradores e ações de disseminação da Cultura Organizacional;Organizar reuniões e rituais de gestão, incluindo convites, materiais, registros e acompanhamento de pendências;Realizar auditorias do Programa 5S e demais verificações sob responsabilidade da área, organizando checklists, evidências e relatórios;Apoiar o acompanhamento de planos de ação e melhorias de processos da área;Identificar atividades manuais ou repetitivas e propor soluções digitais que reduzam retrabalho e aumentem a produtividade;Apoiar o desenvolvimento, testes, documentação, implantação e evolução de sistemas e aplicações internas voltadas às rotinas de Gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você:Tem formação Superior em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Processos ou áreas afins; cursos em tecnologia, dados ou automação serão diferenciais.Tem experiência na área de Gestão, Qualidade, Controladoria;Tem conhecimento em normas da qualidade como ISO 9001;Tem habilidade avançada em Pacote Office.Será um diferencial se você:Tem experiência com implantação de normas como ISO 9001, realização de auditorias, mapeamento de processos e criação de fluxogramas. Microsoft Office Avançado; noções de Power BI, IA generativa, automação de processos, lógica de sistemas e ferramentas low-code/no-code. Conhecimentos em bancos de dados e desenvolvimento de aplicações serão diferenciais.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 07:42-12:00 e 13:30-18:00;Modelo: Presencial (Araçatuba);Contrato: CLT.
